The workers Kaycee and her co worker had such great attitudes helping me pick out the pizzas that would be good for my family. Let me start by saying, I do not like olives. I don't want olives near me. If I see an olive, I punch it! Now to the review. On two separate visits I ordered the pizza on line and they allow you to modify your pizza. I put no olives on half. Nice and easy, right? NOPE! I got my pizza with olives everywhere! (Punch! Punch! Tried the NY XL pizza last night with pepperoni and sausage. The crust was very thin and it cooked up perfectly. The pizza was so good...just the right amount of toppings. 16 min was the right time to crisp the crust for our liking. I added some feta that we had and it was a great touch. $9.57 for a huge pizza that lasted for dinner and the next day's lunch. We will be back. read more

Another internet order was not ready when we arrived for pick up 2 hours later. Manager Ashley said someone picked it up. Offered to remake the order but were told we would have to wait. Ordered my pizza for pick via the phone. I came in and was ignored. I saw at least four employees only one was working. The one working making a pizza asked the others to get the register to help me & they ignored him. The one teenage athletic boy with light hair walked into the back. The teenage blonde girl ignored him. He had to stop working, remove his gloves to help me. He apologized for the wait. Awesome team and great team work from everyone it's always a delight going to get pizza

The Tenney Road location has some of the best employees I have seen at Papa Murphy's. It doesn't matter how busy they are or how crowded it gets- they work steadily and always have my pizza ready in less time than they quote me (about 10 min). They greet me when I enter, they don't panic when I tweak the toppings, and they followed COVID protocol religiously. The pizza tastes the same no matter where you get it, might as well get it at the best location. This is not even the closest PM to my house, but it is the one I choose because of the great service. read more

What I especially like about this whole "Take n Bake" concept is that you can have your pie hot and fresh when you get it to go! Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake is an ok option when you want that Chain Pizza Place taste, but you bake the pie at home in your oven. They have a bunch of recipe combinations themselves between their "Delight or Signature" pizzas or you could always put together your own combination of ingredients as well. Since they are a "Take 'n' Bake" chain there will never be an actual dining room. You just place your order over the phone or in store then pick up your unbaked pie to take home and prepare yourself! All locations feature Mini Murph pizza kits for the kiddies to put together. Believe it or not they actually do have some sides for purchase as well. Their website is really well laid out and easy to navigate so I recommend checking it out if you're unsure what's available. My family and I have used this location many times and the staff has always been really kind. They usually recommend about 15 minutes at 425 degrees, but on our last pie we took it out at like the 13 minute mark and it still came out a little overcooked... so keep an eye on your pie yo! Papa Murphy's offers you two sizes for a pizza... either a large or a family size! This location offers plenty of parking that will not prove a challenge. read more

This review is for the Papa Murphy's at 800 Tenney Road Vancouver, WA 98685 I usually love getting pizzas at Papa Murphy's, but I will forever steer clear of this one. I ordered two Gourmet Vegetarians with extra sauce online, but there were barely any vegetables on them. Just a thin layering. Mostly cheese. If I wanted a cheese pizza then I would have ordered a cheese pizza. What I got was garbage pizzas I would expect from Papa John's,not Papa Murphy's.And no extra sauce. Or if that was extra sauce then I would hate to get one with the normal amount on it. I will go to the one I usually go to that puts a favourable amount of vegetables on them. At least twice the amount. Also, one of the pizzas was badly handled and had most of the toppings slide to one half of it. This is the third time we have ordered a pizza and have been disappointed with it. This time it was the Canadian bacon and pineapple. We also added a couple of extra toppings at a dollar each. There was very little pineapple, little Canadian bacon, way too much sauce, and I could barely find any mushrooms we paid extra for as well as green pepper. I've had many Papa Murphy's pizzas in my time and they have all been consistently delicious and fresh. Yes, you have to cook it yourself but for someone busy like me, I enjoy the flexibility to cook when I'm ready and it keeps the taste fresh. This location in particular though was GREAT because of the staff tonight! Everyone was so friendly and handled all of our topping requests with smiles. Maybe I'm used to more "direct" (aka typically unfriendly) service standards in Europe but this staff was top notch-and I've worked in the hospitality industry in Vegas. So disappointed. I called at 5p to order for 6.30pm pick up and should have known things were not going to end well!! The male person who took the order had to put me on hold and ask someone else for every questions I asked him! I told him I need the 3pizzas at 6.30 as my son's birthday starts 6.45p. He never thought to tell me that I would have to bake the pizzas first? I have never heard of a "TakenBake" and when I got there, she handed me these 3 pizzas in flimsy plastics and when I asked if they could be in boxes, she looked confused. And so was I! I noticed they were still RAW.They suggested I go down the street ie Garlic Jim's and that they would have baked ones.I totally wasted my time at Papa Murphy's! So, I am not reviewing PM's pizza but rather the borderline contemptuous manner in which my order was taken by a very young woman today. I wanted to customize my pizza but you would think by the way she reacted to me that I should be put in an assisted living facility. What I wanted was fennel sausage and the shredded cheese on my pizza. She just looked at me when I asked for this sausage and then without acknowledging me she turned to her co-worker who informed her they don't have it. Well, it's listed on the website as an option. Her demeanour was a complete turnoff and is frankly atypical for this branch which usually has very nice, friendly workers. That's why I have gone there rather than the one closer to my house.
