It's my personal point of view that this office has gone way down hill in recent (post pandemic) years. I started going to Dr. Le at some point in the early 2010s and would have had nothing but rave reviews for years. I wish I had posted a yelp review back then because it would have been great. Unfortunately I am not able to provide such positive feedback in 2026. I wish I could give negative stars. The culture of the office changed. They stopped opening on Saturdays so that employees could "spend time with their families". That sounds nice but in these dark times "family values" is unfortunately coded to some pretty vile political rhetoric. The front desk staff is also simply not as good, communicative, or personable. One associate actually broke my glasses. Fortunately I was there getting new glasses, but I would have liked to hold on to the old ones to have as spares and because they were cute frames. (They do still carry a very nice selection of frames.) The Dr. loaded me up with sample contacts which was very generous (and perhaps compensatory for the frames) but I think the prescription is a little off. Actually I think the prescription on my new glasses might be a little off too which leads to the final complaint: I feel that the quality of care declined in recent years. At my final visit I was actually having an occurrent vision issue which seemed to be ophthalmological in nature and the Dr. was completely blasé about it. She flashed a light in my eyes and said everything was fine. Honestly it was hard not to take her attitude personally. -10/10 do not recommend. There are other options in town. I need to find a new eye Dr. but this last experience has left me hesitant. Thanks for that. read more

I just got my first pair of glasses from Bella Vision, and I'm really happy to give them a great review. They didn't accept my insurance, like most places, but I still got a much better deal than the places that did! Their overall service is super friendly and it was really fun shopping there. Their selection is superior to the other places in the area me and my gf visited. For example, my gf liked one brand and style from another shop but Bella had better colors of the same frame style. The people that helped us choose frames and fit them at pickup were both so warm and friendly. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I like to shop in my insurance network, but Bella's prices let me get a pair here and save my insurance allotment for another pair, like sunglasses, in the same insurance cycle. So that's my plan every year now. read more

I don't often write reviews but this company really deserves (5) stars! My husband and I were new patients yesterday and it was the best eye care experience we have had in a long time. Dr Le and her team are incredibly informative and looking to take the best care of us and our eye health needs. What also stands out is their commitment to the experience you have in the office. It is a friendly, clean and warm atmosphere. They go above and beyond to be timely, considerate and helpful. What was really appreciated too is they are concentrate on the need of the patient - they are not overwhelming by pushing unnecessary exams, perceptions or routines - which we have encountered at other businesses. See and Be Seen! I can't tell you how many compliments I get on my glasses! They are from a Paris designer, Caroline Abram, that Bella Vision carries in their store. I use to hate to wear glasses until I got this pair. Now I proudly wear glasses and can't wait to buy another pair! Also I can see clearly - thanks to the highly qualified Dr. Le. She caught a retinal issue at it's beginnings and referred me to a specialist for treatment. Then during that time, she purchased the exam equipment needed to assess the retina, so I no longer need to see the specialist unless an issue shows up from her scan. What a convenience! She also outfitted me with contacts that have built in readers. It's so nice to be able to be active and read my phone when I need to! Dr. Le and her team are sensational! Always a friendly greeting. Great at billing insurance. They have great attention to detail such as tightening the screws on your glasses without you even having to ask. I keep coming back year after year! Parking is easy and free - it's located in the 26 Doors shopping center - where Santa Rita Mexican food is and across from Seton on 38th. Also there is the bonus of having Teo next door - so you can reward yourself with a gelato for getting your annual check up! My experience here was beyond amazing. From the moment I came in the receptionists were SO sweet. They took the time to help me pick out frames! Dr. Li was incredible. So much knowledge not only on the exam but on the health of your eyes on a day to day basis. I learned so much and I'm very thankful for that experience. I recommend this place to everyone! I got my glasses here 7 mo. ago, I felt like something was wrong but I thought they knew what they were doing. I finally decided something is either wrong with my eyes or the lenses, so I went to my eye Dr. first, paid $65.00 only to find out the prism in my lenses were made wrong. I called them and explained what had happened and of course they asked me to take them in. I called and said I would be in with them the next day between 9:15 and 9:20. The girl I spoke with was Janet. I walked in and Janet said she did not know anything about this, which I knew she did. I sat and waited and waited and then all of a sudden she said the office manager was running late. I had to get to work. I had to leave my glasses there because I am going out of town and can't get them there. Now it has been over an hour and I still not have heard from them. Now, not only have I spent $65.00 plus I have to take time out of work to go back to pick them up. Needless to say I will NOT go back. I think they should reimburse me for the Dr. visit that had the glasses been right would never have had to happen. Pretty sloppy way to run a business. read more

My fiance went in for an exam and got a pair of trial contact lenses to see if they were a good fit. A few days later, I (thinking they were an old pair of mine that I'd left in the box) threw them out! Feeling terrible about it I called Bella Vision the next day and explained the situation to Toya who was so sweet and told me to come on down and grab another trial pair. While I was there she showed me the rebates available for this brand of lenses so when he's ready to order, he can get those too. Great service! read more

Dr. Li Is informative, great with kids, never in a hurry, giving you all the time you need. It's because of her, that my teenage girls are out of their glasses and wearing ortho-K lenses at night. Great attitude and great staff though I have to say I am disappointed. I went in looking for glasses to help me with reading from a distance and also to help me with reading small font on my phone or laptop. I explained all my issues and when I picked my Traction glasses after a week realized I couldn't read books or from my phone. I asked them why I got glasses only for distance and they said they could change the lenses for a fee. It's been a year and I haven't really used the glasses. I have used $10 reeders to survive this year while carrying around $500 glasses in my purse. My work liaison for insurance wants me to go back and get them fixed and not buy new glasses all over again as it's ending up being more expensive. Fingers crossed I can get the lenses fixed 2019. read more

This new location is amazing! Everything is up to date and state of the art. I used to go to the old one right down the street before they moved. The Doctor, Dr Z they call him, was really nice and easy-going and the staff were all great at handling my insurance and telling me what would benefit me for the rest of the year. R and I are both be-speckled; I've worn glasses since the first grade. It's a serious business. So we both went in for eye exams, new glasses, sunglasses AND a contact lens fitting for myself. Dr. Li is wonderful: Patient, knowledgeable and explains everything. She also gave me the good news that my prescription was too strong. (What stinks about that is that I have all of these useless contacts now.) The best! Dr. Le is a joy to work with. She enjoys her patients, explains the procedures she's undertaking, ensures the products that you are getting (contacts, glasses, frames) are top notch. She explains options, different types of contacts and lenses, offering the pros and cons. Importantly, she and her office staff care about your overall experience and satisfaction. I've been using Bella Vision for six years. They've help me with contact fitting, glass frame selection (I get positive raves from friends and co-workers with each stylish new pair), and, of course, eye exams. Went there to get prescription glasses. after trying different frames and realizing I liked a certain style but the color was wrong, I asked if they would order a different color. They had tons of excuses and basically would not. I called the company which was more than happy to send several frames so that I can place an order. The company went as far as to let me know when their sell rep will be in the store. But the store team once receiving the frames would not notify me and once I came over to process the prescription after a humiliating treatment I was notified they will not process the order and gave me a choice to buy the frame at their high markup and loose the insurance coverage on new glasses or get a refund for the frames the company sent for me. All and all they were un helpful, disrespectful, patronizing. I had to keep calling for weeks to fallow up on the frames, never once they called to inform me ahead when they had them sitting in the store for many days which I learned from going back and forth to sort it out with the co. rep.. All along twisting every fact, delay tactics, excesses living me without new prescription I was waiting for them to process the order at their connivance for many weeks, which they never did informing me they will not after they also had the obesity to make me wait for an extra hour at the store when I was there to get it done at last as they suggested when they for once called me and told me I can come in for a fitting. A top dollar unprofessional horror experience which ended up with total frustration and no glasses. read more

I was seen on time, and Dr. Zemanovich did not rush through the exam. He was very personable and spent the time answering my questions and explaining my options regarding contacts. Monica helped me pick out a great pair of frames that fit me well. You can tell the staff really cares about you as a person, and made the appointment a great experience.
