The initial work was great; however, one day two it was the worst nail job. My feet had so much polish that when I put on shoes the next day it was all smushed. My gel nails cracked at the tip... when I came back to complain they repainted my toe with an attitude and told me my cracked gel nail was in fact my nail. WHAT!!! I came in with gel and no crack and no crack under my nail. Ok never again. read more

So far so good for this nail shop tucked in a shopping mall (aren't they all?). I've been here twice so far for a gel manicure and "regular" pedi. One side has spa chairs along the walls for an ultra relaxing mani pedi. Ive been satisfied both times with how my mani/pedi looks. Although the last time I went my toes were not quite dry when I left and my big toe got smudged....Like another posted said there is not a big push to upgrade. My manicurist mentioned possible upgrades, but did not get annoying with it. The chatter between the manicurists is kept to a minimum, which is nice. The place smells fume free and is clean. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Seriously don't waist you hard earned money. I didn't get anything of what I asked. I recognized a few of the reviews are from girls tha work there. Sad read more

Love it here. I only come to this salon. They are nice and do a great job. I really enjoyed the illustration they did on my toes.

I am new to the area (I'm on vacation) i was nervous about going to a nail salon ive never been to before, but they were so welcoming. They have really awesome service. Took 5-10 minutes to be seen, so it wasn't a long wait at all. Super sweet & such great quality work! Came in for a classic manicure and pedicure! Both looked amazing! Definitely satisfied with the outcome! Thank you guys for being so welcoming. I appreciate it a lot! read more

Hannah and the girls are amazing. I've been coming here for a couple years now and have been extremely happy every single time. Super nice girls and they will always make sure you are comfortable throughout the service. I would definitely recommend Bella Nails. read more

Should have tried this place a looong time ago! Great mani! Clean, quick, cheap!

I went to Bella Nails this morning after a slight nail salon trauma and I am so happy I did! I had a pedicure with gel nail varnish and the results are just fabulous! As soon as my broken thumb nail grows back, I'm heading back to Bella to get a manicure! read more

This place is ok for a last minute drop in...but I'm not thrilled. The gel manicure was fine but it's a little lumpy on one finger and there was a soft spot on it...weird. read more

Besides the great service and how perfect my toes come out, Hannah and the rest of the ladies keep me coming. Hannah does my fiancé's eyebrows and now she waxes mine. I get them done at most twice a month. She's been slowly shaping them and making them look fuller giving me natural brows. They deserve 10 stars! read more

I have been coming to Bella Nails for a few years now and I have loved the service they provide. I am always able to get in, they have many nail color options to choose from and I have never had a bad gel manicure or pedicure. I have gone to places in Orange County and have found the gel came off, nails were filed uneven, and my cuticles were not groomed correctly. I have never had that problem at Bella Nails. The staff is incredible and very friendly to their customers. Hannah knows all reoccurring customers by name and is so pleasant to everyone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and great place to get your nails done. read more

Bella Nails is pretty awesome. I had been looking for a new place for a while and tried this one, and it stuck. Great pedicures!!

Great pedicures! Rarely have a wait. Cheap prices $25 for spa pedicure with paraffin dip and nice massage. Can't beat that!

I came in as a walk in and I didn't have to wait long. Love this shop the women are very nice and welcoming. And I love my nails.

Love this place! Hanna is wonderful! My nails look amazing! I loved the Perfect Match and Gelish products! Excellent staff as well as very clean! Can't wait for my next appointment! I also liked the fact that I wasn't rushed. I truly felt pampered. Thanks again Hanna! read more

I really enjoy getting the delux pedicure. It includes a 10 minute message (they set a timer) and hot paraffin wax. The polish always lasts a long time with out chipping. They have a frequent member card that you get your 10th pedicure free (only works with pedicures) I've been to a few other local nail salons but Bella Nails is my favorite the lady's are also very friendly. read more

Had my eyebrows waxed and they burned my skin.. I told the girl my eyebrows were burning and she put some kind of gel on them that caused them to burn even more. I will never go back there again! I can't believe I even paid for it! read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had! The total time from start to finish was probably no more than 10 minutes....not kidding! The technician saw another customer walk in and wanted to rush me out of there! She messed up on a few nails and didn't even acknowledge it until I brought it to her attention. I have never had such careless service! read more

I would give them 10 stars!! Everyone here is extremely welcoming and incredibly proficient in their talent. As is essential for an elite salon, everything is clean, comfortable, and has an atmosphere conducive to relaxing. Either music (not obtrusive,) is playing or their new slick TV is on for a pleasant distraction. They have all the pampering perks: great massage chairs with footpaths, hot towels that smell amazing, ample selection of nail lacquers, good dryers, soft lighting, ...etc. But the real specialness of this cozy spot comes from the people who work here. Especially Hannah, Amy and Mimi who are so warm, friendly, go out of their way to accommodate you, although everyone here seems to be both efficient and warm. I've had to call to see if they could fit me in for a mani pedi a half hour before they close, and they've always got me in, didn't rush it, stayed after hours to make sure I got a great manipedi. They really remember you and are eager to find just the style, shape, color you're looking for. I even got some great restaurant and music suggestions when I asked for their opinion...all in all everything you'd want in a salon. Situated in a cozy corner of the Ralph's marketplace near the traffic circle, next to a fun place for great Boba drinks at Hiccups. Absolutely divine talent, sincere people, and great prices. !!! read more

I haven't been to many nail salons in the area since I moved here. Last week decided I needed a male-pampering day. I found this to be one of few places open on Sunday around here. When I entered they had me take a seat until they thoroughly cleaned the the station I would spend my next hour in. I am always concerned with the health of these places since recent scares of viruses and bacteria infections. I thought they seem to have a grasp of the need to disinfect, so I felt comfortable. I sat down in the chair and put my feet in the bucket. They turned the back massager on for me and propped my head back with a pillow. Awe, now Im relaxed. The lady was very hospitable and started massaging and scrubbing my feet. After 10 minutes they put my feet in a purple gel and let me feet soap before trimming my nails. Another women began my manicure while I was getting my feet massaged. This is the life I thought. I added a 10 minute hand massage to my list and turned up the back massager. Afterwards I didnt want to get up......And they didnt make me. I sat a few more minutes with S-eatin grin. The employees can sense my content and let me be. I got out of there with an eyebrow trimming, mani and pedi for under $45. I will certainly be back. read more

So I wanted to find a place for a gel manicure closer to home and on the recommendation of my fellow Yelpers gave Bella Nails a try. I was seen as a walk-in on a weekday afternoon without a wait. The manicurist was very nice and not too chatty, just how I like it. Unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. My gel manicure was really poorly done. Even my untrained eyes could see that she was applying the polish WAYYYYYY too thick. Other places I've been to apply 3 thin coats of gel, which dry and cure well under the UV light. She applied 2 VERY THICK coats including a horizontal swipe across the top. There was no way the coats could cure. As a result, the polish smudged very easily. The end results were lumpy, smudgy and 5 of my nails have a thick ridge across the top which looks odd. From a distance all looks fine, but a close inspection reveal a whole lotta jacked up nails. They are just starting to peel and it's only been 6 days. Gonna stick with LG Nails in Cypress. $5 cheaper and better overall work. read more

My first time here based on all the positive Yelp reviews. I'm a happy customer and will be coming back to this place for sure. I went on a weekday around lunch time - place was completely empty which was a very nice plus = no wait time for me, yayyyy! A woman greeted me at the door with a smile and welcomed me in. That's a nice change and set a pleasant vibe. The place is very clean, didn't see any clutter - the gel nail color supply could have been a little better but it was a good starting point (this was a first gel manicure - the ladies spent a few minutes explaining the process to me while applying the polish) / next time I can always bring my own if I really get too particular. I got a spa pedi and gel mani and I'm happy. Two girls took care of me and spent a decent amount of time working on my feet and hands. They didn't chat too much but did make some small chit chat. They also did not try to force feed me additionals which was appreciated :) I was able to relax and enjoy the chair massage and overall experience. The price was $40 for gel mani and pedi + $5 for designs on both toes (about 15-20 designs to choose from available) - it's a little steep but I think about average. Also, they got me in and out within the hour, which was even better. To give to place 5 stars, would have been a longer foot rub and/or hot stone massage ;) read more

DO NOT go here! probably the worst nail place I've ever been to. Was not clean and they rushed the whole process. The way they filed my nails was crooked and they kept pushing for gel. Overall a terrible experience. read more

Avoid. I have acrylics, which the tech kept saying were separated -- of course they were because she was shoving a fake nail between the acrylic and my nail. Talked up gel polish, which is more expensive, and just really did a bad job. Won't be back. read more

I have been to this shop twice in the past three months for the Deluxe Mani/Pedi ($40) and had problems both times. The first visit the manicurist heated the lotion up in the microwave and squirted it directly onto my arm. I sustained two burns that took over a week to heal. There wasn't even an apology offered; just a lot of giggling. The next day I was looking at my cuticles on my fingernails and they looked like they had been attacked by a weed eater. My most recent visit was two days ago and another disaster. I had to remind the manicurist to clean under my nails after he removed my hands from the paraffin bags. He ran the pad so hard over my nails that later that day, I could see the scuff marks through the polish which was clear. I had to remove the polish and buff my nails myself to get them smooth again. Additionally, I am now sporting a nice scab on the side of my foot where they were over zealous when scrubbing my feet. I should not have gone back to this shop after my first visit, but was in desparate need of a mani/pedi and my other shop had a two hour wait. I will now get in the habit of booking ahead! read more

I literally step foot in this location, I was getting stares as if I was alien and already comes this lady saying we are full and customers were waiting! Okay, let me tell you that there was nobody I saw WAITING and she could have been nicer about it! Then I told her I wanted an eyebrow done which only takes little then 10 mins. She goes to tell me they're about to close when it was only 6:13 and they close at 7pm! Maybe it was a sign that my money was not appreciated here. So much for great customer service! I have NEVER felt so unappreciated or uncomfortable in my life before as the odd states from the employees and customers from a nail salon as I was leaving. My main reasons for coming here was from the good stars from other Yelpers. I see why they got good service! read more

I was really happy with my experience here. Hanna was awesome and good company!! Prices are fair..this may be my new spot!!!

Great job! I got a mani pedi before my flight out of Long Beach airport and they were friendly detailed and quick! Thanks Bella my nails looked fabulous! read more

I went in for a manicure today and was happy with the results. I wanted acrylic nails with a pointy tip then realized it wasn't ready for that yet. The guy who did my nails did a great job and did them just how I pictured them to be. He convinced me to get the gel polish and I'm so happy that I did. I had to go to work about and hour after I got there and he showed me that the gel polish does not rub off at all. It was worth what I paid for it. Definitely going back again. read more

This place was really nice when they first opened 2 years ago but it has gone downhill. They used to give out bottles of water and have a stamp card program. Now many of the spa chairs are broken (massage mechanism no longer works) and they don't offer stamps cards or drinks. They also used to have an upgraded deluxe pedicure with sea salt scrub and nicer lotion but the products have gone downhill too. Go somewhere else. read more

This has been my go to nail salon for quite some time and Hannah is AMAZING! She knows exactly how I like my nails and always does a great job. I know that I am getting top notch service and Hannah never hesitates to make sure I am absolutely happy (which I always am!!). Amy is also great and She is another one of my favs at Bella Nails. I love coming here and the entire staff are so sweet and welcoming. I have recommend my mom and even my dad, who enjoys getting a foot soak and massage! Thank you for the great service you provide. read more

Just got a gel manicure/spa pedicure and I love this place. I was greeted by the receptionist/nail technician who was friendly. After selecting my polish I melted in the spa chairs. Both technicians were skillfull but most of all they were quiet as they worked on my hands/feet asking only necessary questions. (After a long week at work I want to relax when I get a mani/pedi) They asked where I had learned about them and of course I said Yelp! Not only will I return I will bring my daughter as well! Thanks to the reviews read more

I went here to get my eye brows waxed and they did a great job! I can't wait to get my nails done here also.

Went before vacation. I've had worst, but this one rates right up there. Had a mani and pedi. Don't use polish on hands so had him buff. Big mistake, he buffed the skin off. Skin around fingernails is still tender. Polish on toenails started to chip off next day. Prices were in line with other shops so no points there. Won't go back. read more

Hannah at Bella Nails has been doing my gel nails for about 4 years now. She always does a wonderful job and I get tons of compliments on how nice my nails look. She is always friendly, conversational and knows her business. She is always quick to schedule me for quick fixes or for any problems that I cause, like broken nails or color changes. I used to go to an over-priced and impersonal specialty nail salon closer to my home before finding Bella Nails and I am so glad to have this one. The service I receive at Bella Nails is top-notch. Mimi, Emmie, Julie, Jane and Tracy are always full of smiles and do a great job with the Deluxe spa pedicure and massages. I always leave with happy hands and feet and they look great! They do get busy at this salon, so appointments are helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else...the price is right and the staff are attentive, always accommodating and greet you with a smile. read more

Awesome place!! I wear really dark colors which is harder than lighter ones and the girls always do a great job! I drop in whenever I have time so I got 3 different people doing my nails one better than the other ! I do recommend this place and if I could would give it 10 stars : ) read more

Went yesterday to take my 2 nieces and a friend for Mani/pedis for one of my nieces birthdays. Everything was going well, beautiful jobs. Went to pay, expecting a certain price and it was $30 more then I expected. Kids spa mani/pedis are $18, they charged me $28 each because the little girls got designs on their nails. I was very upset, they should have cleared the add on services with me before listening to 9 year olds that obviously weren't paying for themselves. I can't say ll of our nails weren't beautifully done, but I did not like the tactic of not skiing me if I was ok with paying an extra $10 Per kid for a zebr print design! read more
