Ordered here on Memorial Day. Got the vodka pie, regular pie and buffalo chicken pie. Also got spaghetti and meatballs. Added on 12 garlic knots when I went to go in and pick up. All the food was good! Vodka pie was our favorite along with the garlic knots and meatballs. Not giving 5 stars because I asked for a military discount and guy said he would but we already paid but still charged us full price for garlic knots (added this on after). Not a big deal. Love this pizzeria. Food is excellent especially the drunken grandma slice is my all time fav. Been going here a while but went today and sat with my kids and I believe it was the owner who came over and gave us a Nutella pie on the house. He was a real gentleman and didn't have to do that. Pretty decent pizza option, they never make mistakes, and they have an easy-to-use online ordering interface. Really affordable and solid basic pizza and penne a la vodka slices. I order from here about once a week. I'm holding out for a local pizza place to make Detroit style pizza and for more places to have deep dish, but they have so many options here. First time ordering here and I don't ever complain however, this was ridiculous . I ordered MILD BUFFALO WINGS W BLUE CHEESE . What I got was BBQ WINGS which I don't like at all. The owner did nothing about it . I explain that instead of spicy I choose mild and he said, "we don't have bbq sauce" ,"that's what we use for mild" and a whole bunch of excuses.if anything it should be specified that for mild bbq sauce is used. While the pizza was great, the lack of safety precautions given Covid-19 were massively disappointing. We all want to re-open and go back to our normal lives, and this can't happen unless we reduce the rate of infection. Positives: - pizza was great and ready on time for pick up - ordering and paying by phone was seamless Negatives: - owner was not wearing a mask nor was the customer he was talking to wearing one when I arrived for pick up. - when I asked him why, he said "but I have one; I was just talking." This is a great pizza place to take out or pick up HOWEVER if you choose to eat in you basically are pushed to the side as they are all tending to take out orders, pick ups and phone calls. While they have a dedicated waitress she too gets caught up with everything else and ignores the tables (there was only 2 booths full). The food is great there but eating in I won't do anymore. This is the 3rd time this has happened. And it's cold in there. I ate in over the summer and it was hot. We had to ask to put the air conditioner on. Maybe they don't want people eating in there. First time customer and ordered penne alla vodka. It was only okay - wouldn't get it again even if I had a good experience with this pizzeria. The guy rang me up and told me it was 18.85 with tax - which I thought was extremely pricey for penne without chicken. Then I looked at my credit card notification and he charged me 19 flat. Ok that's weird but whatever not a big deal it's a few cents difference. I grabbed one of the menus they had before I left and I looked at the pricing and the penne all vodka was supposed to be 14.95 and on Monday nights you're supposed to get a free side salad with any pasta order. So I was charged 4+ dollars extra and wasn't even given the special. Just extremely unprofessional and seeing as how others have had similar experiences with being charged incorrectly I'd say this company is intentionally unethical. read more

Worst slice I've ever had on Long Island so bad that I had to waste my time and create a yelp account to complain about it

Ordered a chicken roll and garlic knots 12:15 they open at 11am. I would have liked to give more stars good feel when you walk in & Nice presentation all the pizza on the counter looked good. But my Chicken roll was cold in middle and I know it's hard to heat up a chicken roll but after it was sliced the cheese was visibly cold solid cheese just from a visual look at the middle. They opened an hour before so clearly yesterday's chicken rolls refrigerated and even that I know is common practice at some places. I don't mind if the taste is good and the price is right. The price was right! definitely not overcharging like most places and the taste was good. They really lost a star when the sauce they gave me with the chicken roll was ice cold as well if you get the temperature of the roll wrong that's one thing but to serve cold sauce not even try to heat it. That's just wrong. I believe it's a new place and I definitely will be giving them a try again because the taste of the food was good and the price was spot on. May take them a little while to work out some small issues with the process. read more

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! I ordered a Neapolitan pie and garlic knots with a side of vodka sauce via door dash. An everything pie with no vodka sauce was delivered. When I called the pizzeria to bring the mix up to their attention, I was met with a combative cashier, who told me that I was wrong and that I overpaid for a regular pie. After 10 minutes of being berated, I was told that a corrected order would not be delivered to me & that I could come in person to pick up a regular pie with a side of vodka sauce. 1. I paid a delivery fee and tipped the DoorDash driver already; and 2, where are you customer service skills? I went to pickup the corrected order and was met with an again, combative cashier who questioned whether I even lived in west islip and told me I was stupid for over paying for a regular pie.
