They sent out technician Anuir to assess a water leak situation on the corner the bathtub and the wall where there are water stains. He was very straight forward and provided suggestion that the leak is probably the water spout that is not seal properly due to aging; unlike other plumbers had stated that the leak is coming behind the wall which will need to cut open the closet drywall for further investigation He didn't upsell any other service and was very honest on what needed to be done. The response was quick and they won't charge me for estimate. The plumber came quick after the phone call. The diagnosed was quick as I already went some tests for my clogged drain. The quote was on the high end of the estimate but reasonable. The cleaning part went fastest than expected even it was really stuck in the first trial. Eventually it was done in about 40 minutes and I request to re-used the higher head just to make sure the clogg is completely cleaned.
