I gave them a call and apparently Eddy had recently broken his wrist so he couldn't personally come out and see the property. Jorge, who works with him came out and did a thorough investigation of the place and provided a quote comparable, to the competition. The reason I went with these guys was Jorge impressed me with his attention to detail and thoughtfulness. He explained how pluming worked to me, potential issues with my setup that won't be addressed, what I need to watch out for. I felt like all the steps he laid out were reasonable and I knew very well the quirks with my particular system afterwards. Nothing much to talk about regarding delivery - prompt, on budget, on time, did everything that was promised. I'm no pluming expert, but didn't notice anything out of place from a cursory view. Didn't notice any leaks a couple days later. For future jobs, I'll still reach out to these guys. Hopefully it'll be for something smaller than overhauling my entire sewage system...

The job was complicated by 16 years of rust and hard water and pre-existing terrible cracked granite countertops that hadn't been sealed and protected well at all around the faucet area. Eddie was able to schedule me within 48 hours of my call and Jorge from #1 Honest Plumber showed up ready to go. He inspected the issues with my sink and gave me an extremely reasonable flat-price quote to do the work. I agreed and then watched as Jorge did a skillful surgery to excise what remained of the old faucet, patched up my terrible granite like a dentist would patch up a cavity, and installed and tested my new faucet and soap dispenser. Jorge was polite, friendly, professional, efficient, tidy, careful and didn't even roast me for my ham-fisted attempts at DIY work before he showed up. It doesn't get much better than that! Teodor, our project manager, did a great job assessing our home and specifying the system. The installation crew, Azamat and Val, did excellent, careful work removing the old system, running new ductwork, and installing all the new equipment. The install took about 7 days. Communication was great throughout; scheduling, installation, and permitting all went smoothly.

Fuse came in significantly lower priced than everyone for a superior system. We wanted to add an additional vent on the main floor, and some dampers for a few of the vents and everything went like butter. Lex and Maxat were the nicest people, arrived on time, left at 6pm each day leaving the house clean. It was a 3 day install and they finished on the third day. Beyond what they needed to do, Lex walked through things that would be checked by the inspectors even on work they didn't do (GFCI plugs close to where the old unit was), and walked me through why they did some of the things they did because I was curious. We're 3 days in so far, but the installation experience was great, and the daikin system is cooling the house great (and I can already see from the energy monitoring systems we have, it's so much more efficient!).

I was looking for some help to clean the clogged sewer line in late afternoon, and was either rejected or quoted extremely high price citing after hours. Sam in the office was very helpful to check availability of their technicians. Despite initial unavailability, he called back to let me know that a technician became available, provided a quote that was very reasonable, and made it clear that they only charge if the work is successfully completed. The technician Nick was very professional and polite. He calmly assessed the situation, had the sewer line cleaned out smoothly. Wow! Amazing business and 5 star service. The staff are very patient and kind, and a job done by David, I could not emphasize how well it was completed. They installed a new sink, dishwasher, and all of the plumbing - and they beat 12 other competitors prices, and did not try to upcharge. It was so pleasant and they worked late to get the job done. I had a 60-year-old shower valve that was dripping and sought quotes from four plumbers to either repair or replace it. JetPipe Plumbing's quote was the second lowest and still much lower than the two highest quotes. I chose JetPipe based on their Yelp reviews and my own impression of their professionalism and thoroughness when they came to give the estimate. I also wanted to install grab/safety bars in the bathtub. While the other plumbers suggested I contact a handyman for that, JetPipe installed them for $99. I purchased the safety bars on Amazon for $39. I am extremely satisfied with JetPipe Plumbing, and they will be my first choice the next time I have a plumbing issue. read more

My water heater was 14 years old and barely heating the water--showers would often turn cold after just a few minutes. JetPipe Plumbing gave me the best price to install a new Bradford White water heater and an expansion tank. Since they are a local Sunnyvale company, they easily handled the entire permit application process with the city for me. The issue fixed for me was an underground pipe leakage in the backyard. Water has been seeping out, so soil appears wet with some amount of water accumulated on walk-pavement. At start, I asked for a free estimate. 2 guys came, checked, and started digging. They dug a huge hole and eventually found the pipe underneath the concrete (not just in soil). I was so moved by their tremendous diagnostic efforts that I agreed with the charge to finish the job. It took them hours to fix the issue (which isn't an easy one), and they did great detailed work. I have iron pipes so usually slow drain wasn't a surprise for me but this time something/somewhere got stuck so water won't go away , it was nightmare, couple companies came and weren't able to fix it , then I requested Jetpipe take a look on it , since I don't want break my concrete subfloor and increase the cost, hopefully they were able to clean it without damaging anything. THEN a friend referred me to: The Tankless Guys Plumbing and Rooter, GERT came out extremely friendly man, HE was puzzled to why and what I was told by the previous PLUMBER. They assigned Bryan to come examine the problem, and he was incredibly patient. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and laid out all my options instead of pushing the most expensive fix. After talking it through, we decided on re-piping underneath the kitchen sink. Two days later the crew showed up right on time and spent 4-5 hours in the crawlspace getting the re-piping done. Throughout the whole job they kept my house clean and explained everything step by step -- what they were doing and how they were solving the problem. It's clear these folks take pride in their work. What really stood out was the follow-up. Even after the job was finished, Bryan continued replying to my messages and answered all my warranty and billing questions without hesitation. I emailed them at 11pm the night of the problem and they…read morefollowed up IMMEDIATELY to say they'd send someone out by 11am the next morning. 5 stars for Mario the excellent gentleman who came in and quickly assessed the situation of the shower cartridge leak and gave a repair solution which was smart and reasonably priced. He DID NOT try to upsell me on anything at all. I instead asked him about what it would take to do a full removal of current outdated hardware and do a more in depth repair. He gave me the estimate on that as well and it we agreed to it. He said they'd come as soon as possible to do that repair hopefully by the next day but if not, 2 days later. It was not a crucial repair so that was OK but there was water dripping to the rate of at least a bucket or more per day so I asked if possible please expedite. They did expedite and came back the next day. 5 stars for Angel who came the next day and did a smash up job. probably took around 5 hours that day. Angel was a gentleman and scholar. He let us peek in at his work all day long with grace and answers for everything we asked and plenty of pictures of work to boot. Angel identified some old piping that was never removed when a previous business installed copper piping. the old piping metal pipe (like galvanized steel) directly touches a new copper pipe in the presence of moisture, galvanic corrosion (electrolysis) occurs. This chemical reaction will corrode the less noble metal (the old iron/steel) and cause the new copper pipe to form pinhole leaks within a few years. He suggested we set up a complimentary review of how much of the old galvanized was left by a crawl under the house. This was performed today and they found the old galvanized leftovers in addition to some leaking galvanized under the tub. Francisco just came out today and looked at the old stuff under the house and gave us some excellent advice on next moves! more reviews to come! Thank you Plumbtree!
