Max from Jetpipe came out and spent several hours carefully troubleshooting and locating the source of the leak. He was thorough, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The leak turned out to be inside the wall, so it wasn't an easy problem to diagnose, but Max stuck with it until he found the source and got it repaired. Had a good experience with Alexander at JetPipe Plumbing. Whenever large amounts of water was being used, like from running the shower, the water would overflow out of the laundry room's standpipe, indicating there was a clog somewhere in the main sewer line. Luckily, we discovered this quite quickly and restricted our usage of water, but we definitely felt we needed urgent help with unclogging the line. The next day, we reached out to JetPipe Plumbing. They gave a rough range for the work but told us that they would need to send someone out in person to get an actual estimate. They were able to dispatch Alexander that same day, and he arrived on time in a 2 hour window. Alexander was able to clear the blockage in about 30 minutes by snaking via an indoor clear out. He also had to move our washing machine in order to access it, which he did alone (washing machines are heavy!). The price felt fair and competitive to market rate. I had a different plumber come give me a quote earlier, and after they found that I had an indoor clear out, they quoted me for clearing it out via removing a toilet, which would've cost twice as much, so I was quite satisfied with the pricing, especially given the urgency. read more

Our bath tub wasn't draining. We tried a bottle of drano, stuffing a towel in the drain & plunging, and using that 18 inch flexible stick. We got lots of hair & gunk but no such luck. I yelped for a plumber and 6 plumbers responded. Two had openings Monday. Today's Saturday. JetPipe was the second to respond and said anytime Sunday but I requested for services today. They were able to set us up for 6 to 8 pm. Alex texted at 5:17 pm, arrived by 5:30 and was done by 5:55 pm! Price was reasonable. If they don't unclog, you don't pay, please confirm in case they change their policy. He has a little machine that went 4 feet thru the tub. Lots of hair & gunk. They confirmed the time and even notified me an hour beforehand that the technician was on the way. I drove 30 minutes back to the property to meet them, only to be told at the last minute that they could not make it. This wasted more than an hour of my time and forced me to rearrange other important commitments. What made it especially frustrating was that they had called and emailed me several times to confirm that I would be home, yet they showed no respect for my time or their own confirmed appointment.
