Our bath tub wasn't draining. We tried a bottle of drano, stuffing a towel in the drain & plunging, and using that 18 inch flexible stick. We got lots of hair & gunk but no such luck. I yelped for a plumber and 6 plumbers responded. Two had openings Monday. Today's Saturday. JetPipe was the second to respond and said anytime Sunday but I requested for services today. They were able to set us up for 6 to 8 pm. Alex texted at 5:17 pm, arrived by 5:30 and was done by 5:55 pm! Price was reasonable. Nick from JetPipe Plumbing came on time and was very friendly. I brought him up to the shower that had an issue and he tested the water to see if it was draining (it wasn't). He proceeded to snake the drain and was able to pull up a a big blob of hair. He did it a few more times and pulled up a bit more. We ran the water for a while and tested the drain to make sure it was working as expected... and the snake cleared the blockage! Called in and reached to Stefan (the owner) to have a softener installed as the quality of my water during shower based on the tests showed high content of calcium and elevated pH level. To my amazement they showed up within the next hour for a quote of the softener and mentioned a rebate with San Jose if replacing the Gas Water Heater to a Heat Pump Water Heater. Scheduled the installation the very next day and they finished by the end of the day. Both the softener and the New Water Heater got approved by the city. Wanted to share this earlier but was anticipating the city inspection.
