This is my second review for Crown Plumbing. Last night our master bedroom toilet become clogged. The water wouldn't drain . Both my husband and I used 2 different plungers to attempt to unclog the toilet. We didn't have any success. Called my go to Plumbers, Crown Plumbing the next morning. Horrible company that earned a minus 10!!!, with ultra lazy plumbers who left most of the day. One spent all but less than an hour in the truck on personal calls whenever I overheard him. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Two plumbers arrived, they said they left to buy a tool, yet returned hours after. I didn't see a tool and they forgot their excuse for leaving. This was after taking a long lunch.I The sales man litterally used a hammer to open the outer wall, when I ran out and insisted he use a saw. After a bit of conversation I told him how to use drill to cut aa small hole then insert a saw to make the necessary cut out in the wall. I followed him to the truck where the bottom had a vast array of saws and other tools. The same man, tried breaking ice on the bullnose tiles at the edge of my kitchen sink, smuggly smiling at me nearly the entire time. He was aweful. These men were going to leave the water turn off to the entire house for days. I refused to allow it, with my entire house already smelling from the bathroom. They billed me for all of their personal hours. After I discussed the matter in detail with the owner of the company, who insisted that being a woman I wasn't qualified to do plumbing - despite having done much high quality plumbing throughout a couple of homes. I just couldn't finish this project. I later discovered the exterior wall was left open. Someone came back, but without my knowledge and just let himself into the back yard. The patch has a gap at the seams to the interior of the wall that I have to close. This company is a rip off and their employees are imoral, smug blobs. read more

We had a leak from our master bathroom. We called and they answered right away, and sent someone out almost an hour after we called to diagnose the issue. We had a broken gasket. From beginning to end, they were super professional, responsive, and transparent. Sal worked on our leak and they sent someone out the following day to patch everything up. We just need to repaint the area our self now. They also snaked our drain for the master bathroom as well as it was super clogged and slow draining. Leaks are not fun and pricey. I would say they are not cheappp but fairly priced. I learned that sometimes it's worth it to pay more than to find someone cheaper for a quick fix that is not done right. I would highly referral them to friends & family. Will def use them again as well. read more

Their rates for running a troubleshooting (watching the shower drain back up) then running a 25ft snake through a 2nd floor shower drain. I was told up front before the work started as it was 'free service call" to determine the problem. The cost is outrageous. $384 after a 10% discount was applied. That took about 20 mins. I did agree to it because I wanted to get it done before thanksgiving. Each plumbing task at your home has an ala cart cost. It is not billed hourly plus materials. The service technician was professional, slightly on the early side of a 2 hour window and courteous. I will be checking other companies in the future for rates and how they charge. read more

Crown Plumbing caused damage to our building during a service over five months ago, and to this day there has been no resolution. Since the damage occurred, we've been given nothing but empty promises, vague explanations, and repeated assurances that someone would "get back to us." After all this time, communication has completely stopped -- essentially radio silence. No repairs, no accountability, no follow-through. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Causing damage is one thing, but failing to take responsibility or resolve the issue months later is unacceptable. I was very happy with the work that was done by the team of guys that came out. They found a leak under our shed that was sitting on concrete and figured out a way to fix it by doing some major tunneling. With that being said, I would not hire Crown again for anything. Our major concern was communication with the people in the office. Getting info often required multiple calls to their office. The work started on a Friday and we were told they'd be back Saturday. When nobody showed up it took me three calls to finally find out that they didn't have anybody scheduled for that day. They worked on and off through the following week depending on how hard it was raining. The following Friday they were supposed to be out again and no one showed up. After multiple phone calls I found out that they had dropped the ball and forgot to get someone scheduled. They finally completed the work the following Tuesday. Once the project was complete I called in multiple times asking for the guy that originally came out to give us the quote to give me a call. After three attempts at getting him to call back I never did hear anything from him. I like to feel that I can count on my contractors to keep me informed and respond in a reasonable amount of time. This was not my experience with Crown. read more

My kitchen sink was clogged so I called Crown plumbing services. The plumber was on time. He shared with me that my kitchen sink was only partially clogged. He ran some hot water and then it's unclogged. However, I got charged a $200( after discount) diagnosis fee. He told me if any work was performed, it would have been more than $400. Also, I knew that not just any plumbing service around here would be able to work on this system, well systems are more common in more rural areas. Within a couple hours Manny came over and looked at the situation. He said they should have an estimate by the end of the week (it was Thursday morning). This ended up taking a little longer than expected as they were having issues with their supplier. Regardless, Abe, the owner, really does treat you like a King. He really does care about the quality of his work and the reputation of his company. It also shows in his employees. As soon as he became aware of the difficulties, he quickly rectified the situation that day, within the hour. I called July 4, 2025 and the phone support group told me that a visit would be $200 dollars for the visit. I already diagnosed the problem which was the flexible tubing connecting the kitchen faucet was leaking near the interface between faucet and tubing. I bought the tubing already, but my finger grip was weak, and unable to unclip tubing at bottom of kitchen sink. I thought plumber would know what he was doing, but he played dumb, and I explained the concept of pinching and removing clip. It took him less than 1 minute to remove clip install new tubing, and charged me $350 dollars. I would not recommend this plumbing group. read more

Long overdue review... Our water heater failed a few months ago on a Sunday evening. With a full house getting ready for work and school, this qualified as an emergency on our part! Based on customer reviews, I called Crown right away. They called me back and scheduled the job for Monday. I was a bit puzzed as to how they were going to do this because the old water heater seemed to be "trapped" in a pretty tight spot with the plumbing connection blocking anyone's ability to simply pull the unit out. Our tech Sal arrived as promised and when he saw the unit, he quickly called for backup. Between the two of them, they successfully LIFTED the unit out of it's spot without the need for additional replumbing of any kind, saving us $$. This review is for pricing/interaction ONLY. No work was performed by Crown Plumbing. Thankfully, or I would be really broke right now. I appreciated that Freddy showed up quickly, was well spoken and very knowledge. However, I was VERY disappointed to be told I needed a new $2200 clean-out installed, in addition to a costly dig out of my sewer main under the house. I couldn't even get final pricing until AFTER they started unnecessarily digging stuff up. Their reason for wanting to dig the rest of the MAIN? "So we can be sure it is not leaking anywhere else because the problem could be anywhere on your main, and it could really ruin all the soil around it". How's that for a scare tactic? Whats even sadder is that their opinion came AFTER going under the house and seeing the issue first hand: Above-ground secondary/kitchen sewer line (2" black pvc) was visibly split in half. Alternate quotes from no-bs plumbers were $375, and $495, and I got it resolved in half an our, with 1 year warranty. My advice: never commit until you have several quotes. Especially if it looks like it's an emergency or if you're working with realtors. Seems that plumbers these days want to know if realtors/property inspections are involved. Whats next? they're gonna want a commission on your sale?? lol c Again, very disappointed by the complicated and overpriced solution proposed by Crown Plumbing. They certainly could have done better, with more respect for their brand and for whoever owns the company. read more
