Just a fantastic job by Jose's team. We had our external drains backed up this rainy season and they are all covered in concrete. They cleaned them out and mapped by Jose's team. They used a high pressure system and a sophisticated camera so we could see how backed up our drains were. They also installed a very strong sump pump to drain away the water table under our home which has been a problem since we bought our home. They did this all in a day and were so pleasant and worked really hard especially under the house in our crawl space. I worked with Jose's plumbers to find out what's cussing the clogging in my sewage line and also mark the spots of my property sewage line so that I can install the clean out. While the technicians performed the camera inspection and helped me find out what's causing the clogging in the sewage line , overall I am disappointed with their service and post service support . 1. There was mess caused due to displacement of water pipe that was connected to the washing machine after the job was done. It caused flooding on my garage floor. 2. The spots marked as a part of the camera inspection were not correct as the contractor who I called to install the clean out did not find the sewage line even after digging more than 4 ft as was suggested by the Jose's plumbers. read more

I had a vanity sink clogged on a Saturday morning. Requested quotes from multiple vendors and Jose had the quickest availability and came out about 1.5 hours later. He tried to snake the pipes but could not clear it due to joining t pipe into the wall. Quoted me to come back on the weekdays because they didn't work on Sunday. Another crew came out the following week based on my schedule. Took about 4+ hours to cut through my cabinet and walls to clear the clogs. Update- Called because I had a slow draining/filling toilet. The young man who came out had no idea what was wrong or where to start to fix it. I asked about maybe snaking the toilet in case of a clog but he told me to replace the entire toilet. What??? When I insisted on simply checking for clogged pipes, he quoted me $595. Absolutely ridiculous! Ended up buying a 6 foot snake from Home Depot for $20 and fixed it myself. Don't be conned. Call someone else. read more

Jose is really helpful and responsible. Our HOA requires a certified plumber to turn water back on. He was willing to communicate with our HOA manager to get access to the water meter room. In addition, he checked our unit, and double checked with the plumber who turned off the water to confirm that the issue has been fixed. Jose's plumbing recently completed a sewer lateral replacement for me and my experience was excellent. It started with an overflow in the front yard which they came and resolved quickly and at half the price of other quotes. Adrian was the one to help with that and he was super helpful and the video of the sewer line showed it would be recurring problem that should have a more permanent fix, which he gave me a quote for. I like to do my due diligence and so I got three other quotes for the job as well. Jose's was again the best bid (not half price, but a little better than the lowest other bid). Scheduling and communication around this larger job was easy and the work was done expeditiously and with high quality. They managed all of the permits and inspections with the city. Part of the job required opening up part of my paved patio and they replaced the paving stones perfectly and even spent a bit of extra time leveling part of the patio that had been sagging from earlier work. Jose was great! I had a shower that wasn't producing hot water. It was very warm at best. I had already increased the temperature for the water heater, and every other faucet in the house worked fine, but the shower was lackluster. I knew that I had to remove the handle to get the temperature control, but it had been calcified and rusted in place, and after removing the screw, I was afraid to pull hard and break the piping behind it, so I called Jose. Again, Jose was fantastic. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, stayed within the budget, and in this case was able to finish the job in under 20 minutes.
