We chose Knockout Plumbing for a drain replacement. The put in an extra cleanout, for free, even though we already had one, as well as offered to put in a Moen in-flow leak detector. They gave great service, fixed a minor leak that we found afterwards, and have a fantastic warranty. All in all, a good experience -- they did good work, did it fast, didn't make a mess. What made it fantastic? We were having some other work done, and that other plumber started nit-picking the job that they had done, painted images of plumbing leaks, blah, blah, blah. It was scary. Knockout did an excellent job for us and I highly recommend them. We started our journey with an estimate to replace all the vertical and horizontal waste water pipes under our home. Our house is 70 years old and we noticed cast iron pipes that seem to be deteriorating. We looked it up and their life rage is about 70 years so we bit the bullet and got estimates from 4 different companies. They all seemed good but Knockout offered some things the others did not. They offered a 25 year transferable warranty, they acquired and arranged for permits. They also put back the dry wall that they had to removed to do the job. The man that did the texturing did a great job. He matched the 70 year old texturing style that was in our family room. I was truly amazed. This sewer pipe replacement, grew to include all the water pipes, and then to replace the sewer line from the house to the street and unknown to use we had a second line that was leaking under our garage floor. This turned into a really really big job. It could have been a nightmare but it was not. Martin, Axil and the rest of the crew totally took care of us and our house. Every day I would receive an email telling me when they would be there to work or when an inspection was happening. They were the most cautious and careful of our house. They protected my floors, and carpet and walls. THEY NEVER LEFT A MESS EVER. I watched them clean, sweep and scrub down our driveway when they had used it as a work space. My toilet overflowed when I was away from home last evening. The drain pipe from my shower drains down to the ground in the garage. It was made of iron. It cracked making water leaked into my garage floor.
