Knockout did an excellent job for us and I highly recommend them. We started our journey with an estimate to replace all the vertical and horizontal waste water pipes under our home. Our house is 70 years old and we noticed cast iron pipes that seem to be deteriorating. We looked it up and their life rage is about 70 years so we bit the bullet and got estimates from 4 different companies. They all seemed good but Knockout offered some things the others did not. They offered a 25 year transferable warranty, they acquired and arranged for permits. They also put back the dry wall that they had to removed to do the job. The man that did the texturing did a great job. He matched the 70 year old texturing style that was in our family room. I was truly amazed. This sewer pipe replacement, grew to include all the water pipes, and then to replace the sewer line from the house to the street and unknown to use we had a second line that was leaking under our garage floor. This turned into a really really big job. It could have been a nightmare but it was not. Martin, Axil and the rest of the crew totally took care of us and our house. Every day I would receive an email telling me when they would be there to work or when an inspection was happening. They were the most cautious and careful of our house. They protected my floors, and carpet and walls. THEY NEVER LEFT A MESS EVER. I watched them clean, sweep and scrub down our driveway when they had used it as a work space. They were absolutely incredible. Clean, neat, work that was approved by the city and sewer department and great communication with us the entire time. My toilet overflowed when I was away from home last evening. I discovered it when I came home and cleaned up all of the water I could see but the tank and bowl were both full to the brim so I turned of the water supply valve and I used my trusty batter bowl from the kitchen to bail the clean water from the bowl and left the fan on overnight to dry things up. The drain pipe from my shower drains down to the ground in the garage. It was made of iron. It cracked making water leaked into my garage floor. I called Martin and he sent Jason with a camera to see how deep the crack is. After inspection, Martin came up with a quote and work started a week later because I was busy. They dug up the ground, replaced the pipe with ABS material. The reinspected for any leaks before filling it back up. They even helped me patched up the wall. I really appreciate their professionalism and quick service. Martin was responsive with my phone calls and all the questions I had regarding the project. I called this company to replace repair a leaking PVC intake pipe next to the water meter, I already exposed the pipe and removed all dirt and debris, first the told me the needed to replace the entire pipe from the meter across the lawn to the house, I told them I just wanted to repair the leaking section 6" tops) so they gave me an estimate for $1000, I offered them $500 and they declined. Our water heater went out Monday night. On Tuesday, I contacted Knockout Plumbing & Repipe via Yelp, explained the situation, and they immediately scheduled an inspection that afternoon.
