Reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommended! Reza did an excellent job fixing our clogged kitchen drain. He responded quickly and was able to come the same day. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. What I really appreciate is that he is honest and doesn't try to exaggerate the scope of work or upsell unnecessary repairs. His pricing was fair and reasonable. This is actually the second time we've used Reza. He helped us with plumbing issues at our previous house as well, and both experiences have been great. Reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommended! We'll definitely call Reza again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! read more

We used Reza's service recently again after two years. This time our ejector pump stopped working. Reza showed up per the schedule, took the old one out from the narrow space, even though couldn't find the right replacement at Home Depot, he drove to the supplier in the area, found a better pump, installed it on the same afternoon. So glad that he is the same matter of fact, honest tradesperson who can fix anything. read more

I had an issue where my kitchen and garage sink was backing up. The main drain seemed to be fine but there was definitely a backup going on with the combined drainage for the kitchen. Reza was easy to talk to and had me scheduled in the evening. He was able to come and access the situation and do the required work. My clean out for my kitchen was old and he felt it was too risky to try to open as it was the older metal and likely was fused together. He snakes from the garage sink and 45min later it was fixed. To double check he ran additional water through and checked the main clean out and confirmed things were fine. Pricing was super reasonable for the amount of time spent and same day service. read more

Reza was very responsive to my initial plumbing inquiry and surprised me by scheduling the job the same day I called him. The quote was fair and the work in replacing the pressure-reducing valve to my house was top-notch. He's my new go-to plumber and I highly recommend him! read more

We had a leak under the kitchen sink, and there was water all over the floor. This was a huge mess and very inconvenient, so I looked on Yelp and found RF Plumbing & Rooter. Reza answered the phone immediately and arranged to come out the next day at no extra cost for the weekend. I told him what kind of garbage disposal we already had and he brought a similar model with him. He did the work quickly for a fair price. I am very happy with his work and will certainly hire him again. read more

Reza answered early afternoon on a Saturday and came out in a couple of hours to replace a leaky section of pipe under our sink. Super nice guy, great responsiveness, and I didn't even ask the price in advance, we just needed it fixed -- the price he gave me at the end was extremely fair. I love making connections with people like this, he goes into my contact list and "go to" for future issues. read more

I just got his service (it is 2nd time , 1st was in 2019 for other pluming issue), he still great and honest, and transparent. Highly recommended Reza~~~ If there are 10 stars, will give him 10 read more

Very professional and reasonably priced. He was the third plumber to try and unclog our kitchen drain. The second plumber recommended that we remove sheet rock to access the pipes in the house (estimated to cost 2K). Mr Reza was recommended to us by someone else in our townhome association. Third plumber was the charm. Highly recommended! read more

On a national holiday, my shower drain backed up and to say the least, it was kind of nasty. Two days before this, I heard gurgling noises coming from a toilet and there was some back splash from the adjacent shower. I cleaned it up and the plumbing WAS working fine. I guess I should have checked it out sooner... Anyway, I isolated the problem to my main sewer line being backed up. I was pretty much thinking of trying not to run any plumbing and using Yelp to get some quotes for the next day. Within minutes of submitting a "request for quote" from Yelp, I got a bunch of replies. Reza's was specific, saying that he could be at my place from 6-8 PM, TONIGHT, and he provided a cost estimate! He's got great reviews and is based close to my house so I thought I'd give him a try. To make a long story short, Reza was great. We chatted about the problem and he went to work on snaking my main sewer line. He pretty much took care of the issue in less than an hour. I'm a happy camper and will definitely use him again. I would recommend him also! read more

Even stayed back and tried all taps in the house to make sure the water pressure was the same. read more

Reza is our go to person for all plumbing issues we have. He is professional, reliable and very honest. We got his number from a friend after having plumbing issue and now we are referring him to other friends. We thought we had a problem with the water valve in the front yard but when Reza came, checked it, strengthen the connections and said there is nothing to fix. Having a trustable technician is very valuable and appreciated. Thank you Reza! read more

I had a drain problem in my kitchen. One plumber came to my house and tried drill snake and bigger ones (which did not work out) and concluded that i needed a $1.8k hydro-jet. After that i talked to a few plumbers and Rena was able to help out. The drain problem was fixed soon after Rena's arrival, and he helped me with a bit of re-piping, so that next time it will be easier to insert a snake. He also helped me to tighten some loose pipes. With all the things he did, he charged very reasonably, and i was super happy with it. read more

I busted a P-trap under one of our master bathroom sinks, and Reza came out promptly to rebuild it. Reza stood out as the one honest plumber in a sea full of dishonest "sharks" (all supposedly 5-star rated here on yelp!) that were all trying to oversell and upsell for work items that were unnecessary and exaggerated. Reza, instead, earned my trust by his simple demeanor (no marketing fluff), and by quoting for work that was *actually* needed. And for a licensed plumber, he was very reasonably priced. He is knowledgeable, and stands behind his work. I will definitely hire him again. read more

Quality service & detail oriented. We had gas leakage issue, unable to use it for 5 days because Pg&e had to shut it off. Reza came to the rescue to resolve our problem the very next day. Reza ( RF plumbing ) has been my guy to go to for plumbing issue for last 4-5 years and he never disappoints. Always shows up, gives reasonable estimates and fixes the problem . We recently had a main line sewer backup problem , he came late in the day and provided clear estimates . When the problem was bigger than estimated ( we needed a new clean out ) he refused to charge me even after spending a couple of hours that day and told me I am free to ( rather should ) get estimates from others before I selected him . He turned out to be the best estimate ( I took estimates from 2-3 more companies) and I gave him the business. He came on time and completed the work as promised and problem fixed . -Abhi read more

I had a very good experience. I had a leaky bathtub faucet quickly getting worse. I called Reza in the morning and he fixed it early afternoon, taking time to test and make sure the fix worked to my satisfaction. I also asked if he could look at my other shower which never seem to get as hot as other faucets, and he adjusted the faucet for a small fee. Reza is a pleasant person to work with. read more

Day after July 4th Covid-era. The highlight of our day (or maybe our months I should say) was having Reza visit us to fix our plumbing. We had some major clogging going on and causing our washer to flood on rinse. Reza came out masked and my husband greeted him and for the next few hours watched Reza work through not one but three pipes clearing out gunk! He is very well prepared with multiple snakes and snake heads, flushers etc...I wasn't out there but my husband kept coming in saying "now he is using something else!". I guess that is to be expected but I remember my old plumber heading to HD! My husband found him to be fair and thorough. We are looking for other jobs for him to do. Reza just became our resident plumber! read more

If only I could give more than five stars to highlight the awesome service experience we had with Reza from RF Drain Cleaning! Reza was very friendly, showed up right on time and went above and beyond. He promptly did troubleshooting for a blocked drain line for our washing machine, and resolved the immediate problem. However, he then suggested that replacing the drain trap was best fix for the long term. His pricing was so reasonable, we had him do that repair on the spot. Sure enough, his recommendation to replace the trap was confirmed - as soon as he cut away the old pipe we could see the inside was still very occluded with sediment. His repair was flawless. Super nice guy, very professional, on time and reasonably priced - all that and even had fun getting a couple of nice restaurant suggestions from him! Thank you again Reza! read more
