Ramez did a great job on my heat pump water heater installation. My preferred water heater is a bit heavier and also needs to be put into a relatively tight space. He personally came to my place to do all the assessment before starting the work. And help to get a certified electrician for the power outlet wiring portion. All things were done within my budget and passed the city's inspection. I have successfully claimed the state heat pump water heater rebate without issue. Highly recommend. He is the person who knows how to do things right. read more

I found QPP about four years ago and they're my go-to for any plumbing issues. My tank water heater catastrophically died this weekend and Ramez was able to stop by on Monday to check out options and provide quotes. Install was today and I chose a gas tankless water heater with a recirculating system. The install is complete and looks great! Ramez will answer questions and make sure everything is in order. read more

1. Reliable 2. Customer friendly 3. Reasonable pricing - explains why 4. Real Plumbers and not the ones who merely take photos - calls some one and gives you a $10k quote and next day someone else comes to fix. I call the real people, real business. I have learnt to stay away from big logo branded vans with iPads and uniform - so called "service technician" and not plumbers. Give these guys a chance! You'll know what I'm talking about. read more

Ramez is amazing. He has been a fantastic partner in all my issues at a commercial property. Even my most complicated plumbing issues that others have given up on or not even attempted have been resolved quickly with little to no interruption. He has the experience, skills, and even better than all that but the soft skills to make me understand the issue, fix and prevention for the future. We have allot of next level features that architect specced out but didn't think through and the builder made no consideration of access and later service, that Ramez has solved and left better Even better, hehas been able to connect us to other skilled trades as issues have come up. We have service contracts with a couple different HVAC and kitchen equipment repair companies, but when I need something done quick and right, I often ask him who he knows and they handle it. read more

Great service!!! Ramez has done several projects for me. He is my favorite plumber and always does his best to accommodate me as quickly as possible. Quality work, reliable, friendly and good price compared to other services. I was tempted to only give them one star , so I wouldn't have to share them. Just kidding . Highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience with Quality Plus and will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs. I had received an outrageously high quote from another company. Ramez was able to fix the issue (and do a couple of other minor plumbing fixes) for significantly better price. Very professional and fair prices! read more

Quality Plumbing is the best plumbing company ever! Mike and I hired them this week to replace and update all of our plumbing, and they got the entire house done in 2 days! Ramez and Saul are such a fantastic team, and we're so grateful to them for doing such an amazing job! If you are looking for a plumber to do major work, please hire these guys. They were professional, they presented their licenses, their insurance, customer referals upon request, examples of their work, and our plumbing looks absolutely amazing! They even switched us to a tankless water heater! We are going to hire them to do our bathroom remodel as well!!! read more

Used this company for the first time yesterday, and had a great experience! I was having some problems with a new garbage disposal and dishwasher, and finally decided I need to have some professionals come out to figure out what I did wrong. I happened to catch this company at a really good time, because the guy (Ramez) was able to be at my house the same day. He was super professional, he had mask on so I wasn't worried about my family, and he was in-and-out within about 30 mins. Everything got fixed, everything cleaned up, and he verified everything was working with me. The price was super-reasonable; he gave me a good deal because it ended up being a pretty quick job. Highly recommended!! read more

Quality Plus Plumbing - No more clogging, no more leaking! - Plumbing Near Me - Santa Clara, California

I have a rental property and the faucet was leaking. After consulting my trusty Yelp, I called these guys. They came out right away and called me to tell me the faucet needed to be replaced (it was pretty old) and discuss options. They offered to have their guy pick up a faucet and do the install. Since I'm lazy af, and didn't want to deal with any of this myself, I went with that. Work was completed the next day, tenants were happy, and the expense didn't hit my pocketbook too hard, if ya know what I mean. Invoice was sent via email and I paid by check. Super convenient - just what I needed! If you've got plumbing issues, these are your guys. Straightforward, fast, great customer service, and not too expensive. It's a win in my book! read more

This review is to thank my friend Jimmy who referred me to contact Quality Plus Plumbing and also to acknowledge Ramez who came and fixed my water heater at a fraction of the cost that two other places had quoted me. I had just replaced my old water heater not even 2 years ago. A good water heater will last you 8-10 years. The two other plumbers fed me a bunch of BS about needing to order the "parts" and having to take out my water heater in order to flush out the water, etc. Ramez took a look at it and turns out one of the elements needed to be replaced. He came and flushed out the water by attaching a hose from the water heater to my bath tub (no need to "physically remove it and bring it back"). Then he replaced the burned element and now it's working fine again. My recommendation is always seek more than one opinion. I recommend Quality Plus Plumbing!!! read more

Fantastic! We've called Quality Plus a few times now for multiple things including leaks, fixing a mess left by another company, and installing a treatment system for our hard water. Ramez is flexible and super responsive. Easy recommend! read more

We recently had two plumbing jobs: 1) we needed to replace of one our toilets and 2) our water pressure was too high and we needed to install a pressure regulator (a complicated job in our case, involving cutting and soldering pipes). Ramez at Quality Plus Plumbing was extremely professional, responsive, and efficient. I would highly recommend him. read more

We are overdue in posting this review for Quality Plus Plumbing. Ramez and Abel were truly our heroes! During a holiday weekend, we discovered a water leak and called Ramez. While doing work at a family member's house I smelled gas. I called PG&E who diagnosed a gas leak coming from inside the house so they shut off the gas at the meter and said I needed to call someone to fix the leak. I didn't know who to call so I called a realtor friend who put me in touch with Ramez at Quality Plus Plumbing. Ramez responded quickly and in a very short time he and Saul arrived and came up with a solution to fix the problem. They did a great job and also fixed some other problems in the house. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for friendly service and great work! read more

I was referred to Quality Plus from a friend and was so pleased with the professional work! I purchased a new house and wanted my faucets swapped out. He was able to successfully swap my kitchen faucet as well as 3 bathroom faucets. I was referred to Ramez and Quality Plus Plumbing by a General Contractor who uses them a lot. The crew fixed up some old plumbing lines in my house to give it a modern look and feel. We hired Shibli to do various small and large jobs at our in-laws and he has delivered top quality work every time. He is very kind and easy to work with and keeps his workplace clean. You wouldn't even know he's been working on your house because he leaves it spotless. I'm thankful to have found a top quality, honest, professional plumber. Some of the work we hired Shibli for: - Unclog drains - Re-pipe (and lower) kitchen drain - Install Kitchen sink fixtures - Install shower drain lever/plug - 2 x 40 gallon Water heaters with new pipes and custom holdster (2 homes) - 2 Utility sink with piping (2 homes) ......and more.... UPDATE: Shibli is an honest, hard working professional. The only reason I knocked off a star is because he installed my parent's Rhino Water Conditioner, it leaked, and then he came and fixed it for a FEE. I would hope that if he stood by his work and if something he installed leaked within a MONTH, he would come and fix it without a fee. I didin't agree with that but I wasn't about to let my parents flood their garage. read more

Shibli from Quality Plus Plumbing has taken care of my plumbing issues twice and I was very happy with his service and price both times. Months ago, he ran a pipe from under my home to my patio area so that I could have a hose bib there. Today he fixed a problem with my bathtub faucet which was leaking water under my home. Another A+ local small business! read more

4.5 STARS -- on-time, honest, and reasonable pricing first off, i'm always suspicious of 5 star ratings, so that's why I gave Quality Plus Plumbing a 4, though if I could, i'd give 4.5. Shibli came on-time, completed the work and had very reasonable pricing so I would recommend him again. Our shower was leaking because of a broken valve so I called Quality Plus Plumbing and they came within an hour, had a valve in his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes. It didn't quite set correctly so it had a small drip that showed up about 15 minutes after he left, so I called Shilbli and he came back and made sure it was working correctly. As he turned off our water he noticed another leak that wasn't obvious but very problematic, and he fixed it for an affordable price. I think he charges min $95 dollars to come out, but he seems like an honest man who definitely knows what he's doing. read more

Is there anything more depressing than the sound of dripping coming through the ceiling? Sure there is - it's the look of the ceiling plaster bulging. Drilled up and drained the worst but were left with total paranoia about what could happen any minute. Called Quality Plus and they were out within an hour. Natch had to cut into the ceiling and figure out what was happening with convoluted pipes - were honest and quickly found it wasn't the pipes at all but a leak in the seal on the shower drain. Suggested how to fix it and dry out the area - gave referral to a terrific painter/plasterer. All this for way less than expected. Had already draped the area so there was no mess at all. Were polite and patient with the quirks of the whole setup. (pipes, insulation, etc) Hope we don't have a need again but if so, they're on our speed dial. read more

This is actually my very first review on Yelp. And I am doing this for this Shibli. I had a problem with my kitchen sink pull out faucet. We set up an appointment for 4 PM. And he set the expectation when he had to come a few minutes late. He has a super positive attitude and is very clean in his approach to the solution. He does not just fix the symptom. He goes in for the root cause. And the best part, I had to call him the next day coz I had accidentally shut off my water heater and I did not know how to turn it back on. And he stopped by and helped me turn on and even though on the phone he quoted me a price for that job, he said "Its on the house, my friend!". I insisted and gave him a tip. Absolute professional and good to work with. Six Stars! read more

1st visit: Excellent service but problem not fully fixed. 2nd visit: Service lacking but issue fixed. Overall: 3-stars. 1st visit: Kitchen sink drain came lose. Shibli came out. Positive attitude. Unfortunately, he only patched the problem, by re-screwing the drain pipe in. He didn't fix the problem. Exact same joint came lose again 3 weeks later. 2nd visit, service was lacking but original issue was fixed. read more

Shibli and Robert fixed a number of issues: a) leaking faucet to my washer in the garage b) replaced water shut-off valve and hose outlet outside the house c) put a pressure reducing valve The whole process from scheduling to completion was smooth, efficient and professional. This company is top-notch. We have been repeat customers over the past several years and now rely on Quality Plus Plumbing for their outstanding work, clear communication and reliability. Their prices are excellent, too. We have had a variety of plumbing situations that ranged from the straightforward to the complex. Highly recommend this place because of their professional skills, forthright approach to the job and honesty. Hopefully, we do not have any more plumbing issues lurking in our future, but if we do, I know who I will call. Their company name says it all! read more

The saga continues... My tenant called to say bathroom tub is not draining and she got two quotes: $180, $185. I told her to call Shibli because he's smart, he did good work for me last year and I trust him. He got the job done for $95. Why use Quality Plus Plumbing? Quality work, reasonable prices and excellent service. Thanks guys! read more

Shibli and his team repipe my whole house and install a new water heater. They are fast, professional, and honest. They are licensed, and follow all the code strictly. People always say that you should not pay your contractors until they finish their job. And somehow I paid in full at the time they complete the job but before the city inspection. It's not a problem at all, Shibli showed up punctually as he was always. Well... we have a very through inspection and I'm glad that Shibli was there. His work conforms to the code, and we got a pass at first inspection. They will be my guy if I need any plumbing service. read more

Excellent work & very clean. The owner, Shibly, is very helpful and fun to have. We live in a small apartment with only 1 bath, so all plumbing problems are critical. He saved us first on labor day weekend. I called several plumbers, and he gladly showed up on sunday after 2 hours. And again today, on a friday afternoon. He arrived only after 30 minutes of calling him. His prices are very reasonable. He explains the problem, and his advice is usually dead on. highly recommended. read more

I called a few plumbers to help repair a backed up toilet, and Shibli responded within a couple hours and gave me a convenient time window. He and his son Ramez came out for the repair, and actually it literally only took 5 minutes! While other companies would have charged me double for the one hour minimum, Shibli ended up giving me a very fair price (substantially less than the competitors) as the repair was so minor. They wore shoes covers, and we're polite. Nice guys, will use again! read more

Shibli comes through again with an excellent repair! Quality Plus has fixed my shower and another toilet before, so I knew to expect the usual quality service. I called this morning to ask if they could come out to fix a leaking toilet and they made arrangements to come at 11am since I wanted it fixed same day. Shibli even came 20 minutes earlier, inspected my toilet, identified a problem and replaced with the part he had in stock in his truck. The entire process was done in under 30 minutes and my toilet is as good as new :-) I would recommend Quality Plus Plumbing to anyone looking for excellent workmanship, and great and efficient service. I found Shibli when I was in a crisis with my Mother's 100 year house. She had a leak somewhere on an acre of property. He came and investigated around the property( the basement is a scary place!). He then recommended a leak detection company. He put in a call for me to his leak detection source. My brother the genius (who lives 3 hours away) said "no we just hadn't found the right plumber, call someone else." Well, I awkwardly explained to Shibli what I was dealing with and he said he understood and did not charge me for the time. On to plumber number two. He came and looked and said, you need a leak detection service, really. Ugh. Another day down with a leak that is huge on a Friday. So I called Shibli back and again explained what had happened, he was so kind! He said I will call my contact and get them over there on Monday 1st thing. Monday comes, he is there exactly at 8:00 as he promised and took the leak guys to the are where he felt it was and they were done in no time. Plus, he got me a discount of 100.00 on their service! He then repaired the leak of course. He prices were competitive too. Truly a dear man and a good plumber! read more
