This review is to thank my friend Jimmy who referred me to contact Quality Plus Plumbing and also to acknowledge Ramez who came and fixed my water heater at a fraction of the cost that two other places had quoted me. I had just replaced my old water heater not even 2 years ago. A good water heater will last you 8-10 years. The two other plumbers fed me a bunch of BS about needing to order the "parts" and having to take out my water heater in order to flush out the water, etc. Ramez took a look at it and turns out one of the elements needed to be replaced. He came and flushed out the water by attaching a hose from the water heater to my bath tub (no need to "physically remove it and bring it back"). 4.5 STARS -- on-time, honest, and reasonable pricing first off, i'm always suspicious of 5 star ratings, so that's why I gave Quality Plus Plumbing a 4, though if I could, i'd give 4.5. Shibli came on-time, completed the work and had very reasonable pricing so I would recommend him again. Our shower was leaking because of a broken valve so I called Quality Plus Plumbing and they came within an hour, had a valve in his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes. It didn't quite set correctly so it had a small drip that showed up about 15 minutes after he left, so I called Shilbli and he came back and made sure it was working correctly. As he turned off our water he noticed another leak that wasn't obvious but very problematic, and he fixed it for an affordable price. I think he charges min $95 dollars to come out, but he seems like an honest man who definitely knows what he's doing. read more

Is there anything more depressing than the sound of dripping coming through the ceiling? Sure there is - it's the look of the ceiling plaster bulging. Drilled up and drained the worst but were left with total paranoia about what could happen any minute. Called Quality Plus and they were out within an hour. Natch had to cut into the ceiling and figure out what was happening with convoluted pipes - were honest and quickly found it wasn't the pipes at all but a leak in the seal on the shower drain. Suggested how to fix it and dry out the area - gave referral to a terrific painter/plasterer. All this for way less than expected. Had already draped the area so there was no mess at all. Were polite and patient with the quirks of the whole setup. (pipes, insulation, etc) Hope we don't have a need again but if so, they're on our speed dial. read more

This is actually my very first review on Yelp. And I am doing this for this Shibli. I had a problem with my kitchen sink pull out faucet. We set up an appointment for 4 PM. And he set the expectation when he had to come a few minutes late. He has a super positive attitude and is very clean in his approach to the solution. He does not just fix the symptom. He goes in for the root cause. And the best part, I had to call him the next day coz I had accidentally shut off my water heater and I did not know how to turn it back on. And he stopped by and helped me turn on and even though on the phone he quoted me a price for that job, he said "Its on the house, my friend!". I insisted and gave him a tip. People always say that you should not pay your contractors until they finish their job. And somehow I paid in full at the time they complete the job but before the city inspection. Shibli comes through again with an excellent repair! Quality Plus has fixed my shower and another toilet before, so I knew to expect the usual quality service. I called this morning to ask if they could come out to fix a leaking toilet and they made arrangements to come at 11am since I wanted it fixed same day. Shibli even came 20 minutes earlier, inspected my toilet, identified a problem and replaced with the part he had in stock in his truck.
