I called them and we agreed on an appointment day and time for an in person consultation, which they ended up rescheduling to the next day without contacting me to check my availability. I had a broken bathroom sink stopper, where a part of it fell into the drain pipe elbow below. I needed to have this piece retrieved so it doesn't go further down and potentially cause a clog, and replace the stopper with a new one. I used Yelp to gather offers from plumbing service providers. While some won't provide a price quote (despite that I provided exact details about what I needed done), others quoted very high prices. I had no illusion that a licensed tech coming to my home to do repairs would be cheap, but some of those quotes were shockingly high.
