Five of us dined here on a Sunday afternoon around 5:30. We were seated at a high top table. We wanted to be able to watch the late afternoon NFL games, and the tvs were easily visible from our table. We ordered different entrées, with two of us ordering fish. I ordered fish and chips, and another in our group ordered whitefish. Both of our fish fillets were way too salty. The fries were also very, very salty. I'm a person who likes salt but these were very over salted. The other people in our group were happy with their entrées. They had ordered burgers or sandwiches and salad. Unfortunately the service was poor. We never saw our server after she took our order until she (finally) showed up with our bill. Someone else brought our food, but no one checked back on us to see if our food was ok or if we needed refills. We all needed drink refills but no one ever checked with us. We waited quite awhile for our bill and finally our server made an appearance. We mentioned the over salty fish and I asked for a refill for water but we never got refills. Disappointed with the service but we did enjoy watching the games. read more

First TVs are great and easy to watch multi games but that's were it ends. Ordered a beer and then another and was told they had to use my glass?? Ordered pizza they say hand made, Walmart has better in the frozen food. Still had to completely finish my beer to get another so they could use my glass. Then shift change came we paid and tipped well even with all the uncomfortable things we did blame the server. She stated someone else would be taking over it was almost 4th quarter and 2 of the games we were watching were nail biters good thing we sat for 45 minutes dirty dishes empty glasses and no one even looked our way. Most of the time there was not an employee to be seen as a table of 7 came in and was told were to sit and then no one returned they left. No manager or leadership. Will not be back nor will our friend with us and we will spread the word for all you have is great tvs and the package. Upper management needs to visit this store and fix the lots of issues. We had a great experience at this location with Chad and Sean. We were visiting from out of of town and called ahead, asking if they would have the sound on for the Tampa Bay Lightning playoff game. They said no problem to make that happen. They were both extremely courteous when we arrived and throughout. Our only "complaint" would have been the steak. It was ordered as medium rare but there was no pink upon cutting into it. We were too hungry and content to say anything. Other than that, the wings and drinks were great! The re modeling of the inside is fantastic! Big screen TVs everywhere, new comfortable booths and seating and the arrangement makes it the inside much more spacious and cozy. The service was excellent and i was really looking forward to trying out the food as the menus looked new as well. My wife and i ordered the Tuesday taco special enough was 2 tacos and chips. She had chicken and i had 1 chicken and 1 beef. The chips were fresh and tasty. The tacos were reminiscent of old beef o bradys, which i wasn't a big fan of. Ive never been a fan of bar food, and i always felt that was what beef o bradys was...a bar with a small kitchen for finger food. I was hoping so very much that the food would have been upgraded like everything else was but i was disappointed. The chicken and beef really were quite bland and tasted like freezer section microwavable food. I did not enjoy the quality of my food or the presentation of it, but my wife loved her food so i may just be a bit too picky. I may give another chance and try the burgers next time. read more

Went to Ocala for a visit from S FL. This Sports Bar/Restaurant was located in the Publix shopping center so we stopped for a quick bite before shopping. My boyfriend has a place nearby and he suggested we try this together. He has been here before and liked it. I would say the food & atmosphere was comparable to most Sports Bars. The service was casual and friendly. They really wanted to please us. I didn't take the time to review the entire menu because they had a separate two for $20 menu which included an appetizer. We found one listed as new on the menu buffalo cauliflower. It was quite good.. lightly breaded florets fried and tossed with buffalo wing sauce and sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles .. ranch dressing & celery sticks on the side. Mark ordered chicken tenders Parmesan w garlic bread. I ordered their wings which were a choice of regular or boneless and a variety of sauces and rubs to choose from. I stuck with original w buffalo sauce. I had to ask for celery sticks and blue cheese. They came out crispy, the way I like them because I forgot to ask. There were plenty of large screen TVs with all sports playing. It was a mixed group of people all ages sitting at booths, tables, high tops and the bar. There was no wait and not very noisy which was good for talking. There was some good music playing . We will return again. read more

The food was good, no complaints there, BUT costumer service was absolutely ridiculous!! We were charged $7 per beer for a local IPA, or "Import" as they called it, which is INSANE because the beer is from a local brewery out of Gainesville, FL. A pint of Big Nose at any other bar or restaurant is no more than $5, even at the bar I bartend at, and our prices are even set a little higher than most places. Now I have already had my credit card ran and signed the slip, but when I brought it to the Manager's attention he blew me off saying "that's the normal going rate for imports" which is a lie because at this same location they only charge $5 for a Samual Adams which is also listed as an import in their System. He also tried to tell me that it costs even more in Tampa just to justify the pricing....WHAT DOES TAMPA HAVE TO DO WITH OCALA?! Then 5 minutes later, one of the servers told us that both managers were now in the back looking at the prices in the system because they that was the wrong price anyway. And of course the manager never came back out to offer any retribution or even apologize for the mistake. I then asked to see another menu so that I could check and see what the prices were listed as and they weren't listed anywhere. They didn't even have them classified as domestic or import. Now I'm a firm believer in "if you have to ask, then you can't afford it, BUT this is definitely not the case!!! It's a matter of deception and price gouging at its best. read more

I've eaten at this location several times over the last few years. The food has been good, the service excellent. The reason for the 3-star review is the men's room. I have lived and worked in numerous 3rd world countries. I have traversed rice paddies fertilized with human waste. I used to pass a primitive crematorium on the way to and from work, I am familiar with the horrible odor of a burning human. I have encountered giant stinking, boiling pots of animal viscera and boll-weevil larvae on street corners. All of these abhorrent aromas pale in comparison to the foul, unbearable stench emanating from the men's room of this otherwise fine establishment. read more

Our server Jordan was so kind. Great conversationalist. Always brought out drinks when they were low. We had an incident with our food which resulted in it being sent back. Ariel, the manager, promptly took care of it and offered me a meal on the house which I said they didn't have to but Jordan insisted. Not alot of restaurants these days care about their employees so it was nice to see our server and the manager so caring. The restaurant was super clean. I think I must be coming here always at the off times because there's always only a few other full booths. It's always good for burgers and wings but it's best to usually get the specials or use coupons. My favorite meal is Taco Tuesday. Two tacos of any kind for $5.49.It can't be beat! I went in for lunch on a Monday. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the smooth moves of Shannon. Her prompt greeting got a drink in front of me likety-split! I looked at a menu. Meh, nothing out of the ordinairy...typical sports bar fare. Shannon spotted right away that I pushed the menu away and sensed I wasn't going to order. Like white on rice she was all over it with recommendations on what is best on the menu. She convinced me that the fish tacos were the way to go, so I went for it. Looked good, tasted good, came out pretty quickly, and had a great poblano pepper sauce with a nice zip to it going on. The food tasted good and the service was far beyond what you get when you go out to dine anymore. Shannon was a true gem in a place that was originally going to be a drink one cold beer and leave pitstop for me. I highly recommend sitting at the bar when Shannon is working. Don't waste your time looking at the menu. Let Shannon guide you through what they do best. The Too Your Health Spa Swim Aerobics had lunch here today. Our server Jessica and assistant were absolutely fantastic. After taking drink orders and getting it right for 14 people was impressive. We have tried to support our neighborhood restaurants but this is the 2nd "fail" for this establishment. We live only 2 blocks away but the food was cold, the order was incorrect and missing items and their food quality has dropped dramatically. After working in the food industry the last 17 years I had hoped after seeing photos on google to have a incredible experience something was so strong it made me sick all night long. then finally because I missed my meal just from whatever made me sick in the appetizer. I did reheat the steak so won't comment on temperature but it was just nasty no flavor and the the gravy for my mashed was so over done it looked more like A-1. After spending almost 100.00 on 4 people I really expected better. Our server seemed to be the only one with big parties and very little to no help which really made the guests suffer. Definitely feel the other servers who were looking for things to do as suppose to helping the man kinda was upsetting. definitely need to tighten up on teamwork and start double checking tickets for double ring ins. read more

I ordered food from this restaurant thru Grubhub. I ordered at 1pm for a 545 delivery time. The food I received was ICE COLD. I called the restaurant and was passed on to 2 different managers who both explained my food had been prepared at 1 and sat on a shelf until picked up at 545! They said this with the excuse that they were very busy and did not notice that the food had sat there for 4 1/2 hours...btw, it was FISH!!! They apologized but did not offer any replacement, only said I must go through grubhub. I was appalled!! What if I had just reheated this for myself and my 80 year old father! Grubhub refunded my money minus the driver tip and fee...I paid $10 for NOTHING! So disgusted by their lack of concern and their poor excuses. Very family friendly! The food was okay, the roast beef melt was actually delicious, but the potato skins were not crisp and had too much potato. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger which was huge, but just ok. The waitress was adorable and attentive and it was very clean. You definitely won't leave hungry. read more
