Despite this, we later received a past-due notice showing we had paid less than we actually did--even though bank records clearly show the full payment cleared. After my son saw swarming honey bees by the chimney, then I saw about 10 of them in my home. I quickly realized that there were close to 100 outside on the chimney and they were coming through the "ash dump" door. I called a few companies but Tim was the only one that picked up. He was willing to come out right then but since it was 7pm he recommended to seal up the chimney and he could come first thing the next morning. 8:30am sharp Tim showed up and made sure there were no honey bees in the chimney, then sealed it up, caulked it, sprayed it and did an inspection of the rest of the house and sealed up other spots that may have future issues. I am a repeat customer, 2017 and 2020! There was a few years 2013-2016 where I would get dying wasps entering my unit (7-10 wasps every summer - they are usually just trying to get out and die from exhaustion but it's still scary to see them buzz around and die around my balcony). By 2017 I had 2 separate inspectors from other companies come out but neither could figure out where the hole was where the wasps were getting in. They didn't really offer any solutions other than telling me to look for where the wasps are entering during the day (I lived on the 3rd floor of a complex though so it was pretty difficult to pinpoint any kind of wasp entry when they were so high up and multiple nests around). I decided to try out Bee Friendly, while they couldn't find a point of entry, Kent and Tim offered to remove the nests from around the entire building. (In hindsight it seemed like such an obvious solution... just get rid of all the wasp nests, not sure why the other inspectors didn't offer that). They removed about 8 paper wasps nests from the 2nd and 3rd floors and I stopped seeing wasps coming into my unit for at least 3 years and ongoing! Recently in June 2020, I had a mud dauber nest at my front door so I figured I'd call them back to also take care of any new wasp nests around the building again as a pre-emptive way to make sure none come back into my unit. This time around Tim came by and removed the mud dauber nest and I think about another 8-9 smaller nests from the 2nd and 3rd floor awnings. He also showed me some of the nests up close which was cool! Their scheduling is flexible and they have a quick turnaround, takes about half an hour. These guys are good! They know what they are doing! A bee hive appeared on the front entry to the house a few days again. After that a whole bunch of bees swarming around the entrance and start to become a threat to us. A text and a picture was sent to Bee Friendly and few hours later a guy showed up in front the hive with a special suction tool. He took away the queen and a large portion of the bees and went away, free of charge. The remaining bees disappeared completely in two days. Highly recommended. read more

Tim was so helpful from start to finish. I had a beehive 24 feet high near my roof, he had to order a big lift in order to get the job done. He was careful not to hurt my plants with the lift. He put down large plywood so that it wouldn't ruin my patio. Back in October 2020, we made an appointment with Tim to have our bee hive box removed from our backyard.
