From the design to ordering cabinets and countertop, we had errors and delays due to their inexperience and incompetence. My experience would be unbelievable if it didn't happen. Seven years ago we bought new kitchen cabinets from Andy Foster. After one or two years of use, we experienced some lack of quality and I began calling the cabinet maker for some advice but never received an answer to my messages. I continued to call the cabinet supplier over the next several years with no satisfaction. Foster Kitchens designed and supplied the cabinets but didn't manufacture them, but Andy agreed that the quality should have been better. Since we dealt with Andy Foster, he made the problem go away, at his expense. We had three wood craftsmen working in our kitchen these past few days, one of which was Andy Foster, correcting someone else's poor workmanship. No matter whether a company is an IBM or a locally owned business, things don't always go 100% right. How those businesses correct the problems, is what makes the difference. Susan also advised me to first wait for them to order a sample tile before I placed my order and advised me that the sample should be in in a few weeks. Two months later, when I had heard nothing back, called in. After finally getting past their terrible voicemail system that constantly told me it had not yet been set up so no messages could be left, I finally spoke with salesperson who told me Susan would get back to me in a few days. Two weeks later, still no call back, left both a voicemail message and sent email to Susan's attention. Now one month after that, still no call back, no reply to the email... nothing. What a huge waste of my time and a needless delay of two months for no reason whatsoever. Fortunately, I wrote down the tile manufacturer's name and was able to finally contact the manufacturer directly to proceed with my order.

Cindi found me just the perfect slab of soapstone for my countertops and Susan found just the brick floors I was looking for. The entire process was very easy and Cindi kept me updated constantly about the timing of the shipping and installation..they even stored it there until I was ready. Steven and Jacob didn't an amazing job on the countertop installation and even sealed the stone before they left. Cindi reached out the next day to check in. I'm not sure about the crappy reviews other people left..but this is the second time I've bought from them and I've been beyond happy with this store. I first went to showroom and then she came on site to look at the space and to take measurements, and a second time she came out with the contractor who will do the work to solidify plans. She created several renderings before deciding on a final layout which was sent to the contractor for final pricing. The cabinet and countertop selection is good and pricing is very competitive. She ordered in a natural stone sample of MIS backsplash not on hand and it came in a few days. She also suggested a product for wrapping structural support beams - Very excited about my kitchen project to begin this fall. So, more to follow...

Turns out sign was pointed in WRONG LOCATION across street and away from actual location. Not a good 1st impression. Called to find entrance and told sign must have been "turned around". No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!
