No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!

Tried to blame my contractor (he was there the whole time we ordered and I know he provided the right measurements). I don't like shifting blame. Fortunately he was able to make it work. My experience would be unbelievable if it didn't happen. Seven years ago we bought new kitchen cabinets from Andy Foster. After one or two years of use, we experienced some lack of quality and I began calling the cabinet maker for some advice but never received an answer to my messages. I continued to call the cabinet supplier over the next several years with no satisfaction. Foster Kitchens designed and supplied the cabinets but didn't manufacture them, but Andy agreed that the quality should have been better. Since we dealt with Andy Foster, he made the problem go away, at his expense. We had three wood craftsmen working in our kitchen these past few days, one of which was Andy Foster, correcting someone else's poor workmanship. No matter whether a company is an IBM or a locally owned business, things don't always go 100% right. How those businesses correct the problems, is what makes the difference. I was quoted for trim I didn't get that.. I did offer less money but I am not happy with the end results. They left on a Friday I only had cold water until they could return on Monday. I do not recommend them. If you choose them go over every detail that you want or don't want. ​

I did end up with a shower and floor…read moreinstalled working and looking good but not without its troubles. - A salesman came to my house to help pick out color, designs and things of that nature. Pretty standard stuff you would expect from a sales visit, but the salesmen went on to describe the installation process that turned out to be inaccurate. He also said the workers would be able to do some other things and not charge me while they did the floor installation. This issue turned into a massive issue because there were no notes about it anywhere. So it became an "I was told" situation with no proof. The owner did try to make it as right as possible and I do appreciate it. - the first day they installed the floor. I came home to inspect after work. the floor was shifting in spots. Out of curiosity I pulled back a few pieces and found the installers had cut pieces of cardboard from the cardboard box the vinyl planks came in and used that to try to level the floor under the planks. The next day I called the owner who came over and after taking a look and having a discussion he again made it right by pulling the floor up and having it installed properly. If I had not noticed the cardboard, the cardboard would be under my floor right now. - At this point I had become very worried about the installation and would check in on the workers periodically throughout the day. I do want to thank Mike who came in on the second day. Mike was amazingly patient and communicative. He walked me through the process and helped me feel at ease knowing he was going to do a good job. Mike who's professional nature and the owner trying his best to make things right are what saved this experience. - The shower and floor look good. The shower doesn't leak and the floor is flat. If you decide to choose Bath Planet I would suggest that anything that salesman says you make them write it down! - It is my opinion Bath Planet is not worth the price and would not use again.
