When I spoke with the Brian, the owner, he informed me that the countertop was "installed according to industry standards". Apparently, this is his go to excuse. I then sent him pictures showing the damage and the terrible seam. He finally agreed to come and address it. I want to mention that we are less than one mile away from his shop. He did an OK job on the seam, but refused to address the damaged area. Recommendation, stay away from this clown. He is a dishonest man.

I was told by a number of friends to use another supplier; however, we went with our contractors referral. From the design to ordering cabinets and countertop, we had errors and delays due to their inexperience and incompetence. For the money spent on our renovation, we will never use Builders Best or this contractor again. Rated 1 star because you couldn't not give a rating! Extremely disappointed in Ithaca
