The gentleman they sent up to help was absolutely talented and kind. But the owner, Jeremy, was not amenable to fixing the entire problem. He allowed the contractor a certain amount of time to work, but the original issue remains. I'm disappointed in how Jeremy handled a situation that should have been done correctly to begin with.

I…read morementioned two items that needed attention after they completed their work, one involving the roof and one involving a section of the rain gutter. JKS promised to rectify these two items, but they have not done so. I have gone into their business at least five times and they keep promising to address the issue but they never act on their promises. It has been six months and I believe they deserve a failing grade for customer service. Today, I visited their offices again and the owner of the company offered to fix the rain gutter problem if I paid extra and he did not address the roofing problem. If anyone is considering using JKS for roofing and /or rain gutter work, call me for more details before you commit. 607-786-0605 / Mike

I came to KC Contruction via their 'other name' GutterPro USA: Seamless Gutters. I worked with their Rochester, NY Office. (They are based in Endwell, NY) The person who met with us and gave us the estimate was very helpful and did a very nice job, not to aggressive of a salesman. A little more than I expected, but the guarantee and quality seemed to allow for slightly higher than I expected. I later called and said YES to the estimate, they asked me to send a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost. Which I did. About a week later, I was making my morning tea, and they pulled up. No appointment date set. Would have been fine, but we needed to do some painting before the new gutters could be installed. So I had to send them away. Once we were ready, I called back and scheduled. They showed on time. They got all of the old gutters removed and new ones installed in about 4 hours with a crew of two people! Kind and friendly people, they did a good job. They even took the old gutters away with them. So far, so good. They look great, and I have not spotted any problems.
