When confronting them she wouldn't honor their own website. And let's talk about the price being over $425 and they didn't do a good job cleaning (more of a spot cleaning). They showed up in a 4 door sedan??? Where's all your cleaning supplies?? Think for the price they charge they would have more cleaning supply's than the homeowner!! Would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Super disappointed

Outstanding services provided: My laundry was broken down EXACTLY how I liked it including stain removal! My daughters room was organized and the clothes were all hang and folded according to how I would put them away myself Communication was so authentic I was able to express exactly what I need and Theresa was all about my priorities which were laundry, dishes and just general organization. DETAILS! Theresa said she always likes to send two cleaners! They put my crafting flowers in the vase with the heart and also treated my daughter so sweetly. All my dishes were cleaned, my floors vacuumed, my dresser organized and the huge mess of clothes were all hung up. I'm not one to pontificate (ok I am) but seriously life is stressful and this business cares. I'm on a tight budget, but I'd rather have my home feel like an oasis and forego another purse or Chinese food. Completely totally worth it.

Afterwards, I checked out the entire house and was left disappointed by the cleaning service. So many areas were neglected (closet doors, carpets, rugs, bed frames, dressers). I found dust everywhere. It seemed like the place was just mopped. Attached are photos that show just a GLIMPSE of the improper cleaning. I really wanted to like this service as the staff was really nice but sadly won't be hiring them again.

So messy in fact that we had another cleaner show up and leave because she was overwhelmed. Nicole and Aubrie stopped by for a free consultation which immediately put us at ease. They were respectful, non judgemental, kind, and loved our dog (an added bonus). They didn't seem overwhelmed at all, asked how they could help and gave us a super reasonable estimate. We immediately asked to be scheduled in and they were able to schedule us in for a few days later. Walking into my house after they were here I felt the first sigh of relief I've had in a long time. It felt like home again NOT a huge project hanging over my head. They did a really beautiful job and went above and beyond my expectation. We have them coming biweekly and because of their help we finally have the energy to finish moving in and settling down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
