Gave her the benefit of the doubt she may have merely been concerned over their safety. A few minutes later, however, she did it again because my daughter dared to touch (!) the rocks in the showroom sink. Really, lady? It's a showroom, not a museum. None of your stuff was at risk at any point. Trust me, I'm the parent and I will watch and correct my kids if I deem it necessary. This, however, was absolutely disrespectful behavior on your part. No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!
