The Employee decided that he wouldn't remove the Regulator by tighten it up and said "it will never leak again in your life time" a week later it was leaking and NYSEG had to come back out and cap it. I waited for Bryant to come back out but after 2 months I told them I will call some one else before it was fall, they agreed. I paid a second company full price , but Bryant not only wants me to pay their full price (which is higher than the properly done work), but wants me to pay for the time their Intern was on site. Jimmy did a wonderful job pressure cleaning my white concrete driveway. It had years of built up…read moredirt and grime. It had a large section covered with something black (some kind of mold maybe?) that I had tried numerous times to remove with my own pressure washer, and was never able to get rid of it. Jimmy didn't try to hurry the job, and instead meticulously went over each section of the driveway until it was perfect.
