After an initial cancellation due to prolonged closing issues via Covid, my partner and I finally moved into the house in August, we called and let them know we would be available to book at anytime. We were told that we would receive a call the next week for stain information/prices and a date set. No call came. I called myself, about another week later, found that they had scheduled a day in October which I said would be fine. Still no information on stains. Just received a call this weekend that our appointment would be given to someone else unless we called them back to verify the date WHICH HAD BEEN VERIFIED IN AUGUST. Upon calling to verify it again, they ended up giving it to someone else, inferring that it was our fault and that we canceled multiple times. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Not worth the time.

I first went to showroom and then she came on site to look at the space and to take measurements, and a second time she came out with the contractor who will do the work to solidify plans. She created several renderings before deciding on a final layout which was sent to the contractor for final pricing. The cabinet and countertop selection is good and pricing is very competitive. She ordered in a natural stone sample of MIS backsplash not on hand and it came in a few days. She also suggested a product for wrapping structural support beams - Very excited about my kitchen project to begin this fall. So, more to follow...

Turns out sign was pointed in WRONG LOCATION across street and away from actual location. Not a good 1st impression. Called to find entrance and told sign must have been "turned around". No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!

No one should try and rip off the elderly. Will never do business with them again and will not recommend to anyone.

We had our wedding here in July of 2021, rescheduled from October 2020. All sorts of things came up…read morethat we're never told to us during our initial meetings. Management is lazy, tried to tell us we couldn't have more than 150 people (this is after all Covid restrictions were lifted this past summer). When we pushed them on this they allowed us 200 People max. Keep in mind their website says seating up to 350 people. Then they told us we needed to rent our own chairs for under the tent because their chairs would be set up for the outdoor ceremony (none of this was ever told To us before when we originally met and told them We had a number of 250-300 people). The day of our wedding we were told we could come anytime and take our pictures. We showed up at 430 for pictures, guests starting arriving at 530 but weren't allowed in until six or so. The contract says you have five hours and we ended our event at 930. Even if you count 530 as the start time (even though staff didn't do anything since guests were held in the parking lot) our event did not go 5 hours yet we were charged for overtime!! So did not get our security deposit back due to that nonsense. Also the venue wouldn't allow us to have a decorator and said they would do it all themselves.... Well when they realized they were not able to decorate the tent adequately they finally allowed a decorator. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone there either during the planning process we often sent 3 or 4 emails or texts before we got a response. It's a beautiful venue but not worth all the BS they put you through. Super hard to work with, lots of hidden costs and just not professional people. Would not recommend!!!
