Helpful, friendly, understanding of my budget. Seriously did not expect to be treated so well considering I was trying to find low cost or clearance porcelain tiles for a big shower house in the campground I work for.. ultimately between 1000-1300 square feet of tile. The one employee even offered me use of his truck since my lil scion could not possibly haul them in one trip.. Instead I made several trips, one each morning to complete the task.. Buyers Beware. Do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot or Lowe's. They have just as nice tile for half the price, but more importantly, they will stand behind their products, unlike Vestal Tile. I recently purchased nearly $1200 worth of tile based on what they had on display in their showroom, and based on a larger sample I requested and received. When it came in I sealed it as instructed by their staff and realized I had a huge mess of mismatched unusable tile that looked absolutely nothing like what they had presented to me! The only solution the owner offered was to give me a 50% discount to come and purchase tile again, unbelievable! I wish I had read some of the other similar reviews before shopping here.
