Thank goodness the problem was a clogged drain pump, easily cleaned and put back. Vinny figured out how to put floor back together with support of 2z4s, so the cut out floor piece could be put back in place and is not very noticeable, and leaves access to the pump in case I have another problem with it down the line. I found his pricing very fair and he was very knowledgeable regarding plumbing in general. He will be my forever plumber from now on.
