Called today (August 23, 2024). "He's on vacation. But I see your machine is on his workbench. It appears to be done. It says he replaced the filter. You can pick it up. It'll be $24.99." Multiple complaints and some general whining about the long wait, zero calls to update me. No apology. It's back home and appears to be running and the filter does look new. Other than that, I can't say. I just hope it doesn't need servicing again, because as far as I can tell, this is the ONLY place in the area that repairs vacuum cleaners.
