Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. On the day of the cleaning, the apartment was cleaned (very well), and the house was not cleaned, and we were billed $249 plus tax ($269 total). I called to try to figure out what had happened and was told that the quote was only for the apartment, and that the charge was lower because the apartment was cleaner than expected. So, it is either a $450 quote to clean a studio apartment, or a $450 quote for both house and apartment which turns into a $270 charge just for the apartment (which was small and recently cleaned already). In either case, I never would have agreed to a $270 cleaning fee for the apartment, which I could have polished up myself in an hour or two.

Though it was Sunday, Tim from Brazo A-Z Landscaping and Snow Removal replied within minutes and said he could plow the driveway on Monday for what seemed a very reasonable price. On Monday, Tim found that a contractor's truck was blocking the driveway. He called and said he could return later that day and see if the truck was gone. He went over Monday evening and was able to plow the driveway for no extra charge. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the job Tim had done and happy not to have to shovel.
