They were very…read morenice and got the job done that we needed. we had them replace T111 and paint it the color of the house. This was in October. We had him and his grandfather come in to discuss other projects we wanted done with the house in March. He Told me multiple times he was getting us our estimate so we could present it to take out a loan. That never happened. I was told multiple times that his wife was sick or he was sick. In May, I sent him a picture of the t111 that he had put up and how it was warping really bad already. It wasn't even hot at this point. He told me he would get someone over there to get it fixed. That never happened. After messaging him multiple times I finally got him to answer me on July 3rd. He told me he was going to give me a call to schedule someone so it could be fixed. Again, this never happened. Currently it is now September with no answer from him. I am going to have to have someone else to fix it. I have to go after him for the additional cost. I have messaged him to forget about the estimate and just come and fix the siding but no answer. I run a business myself and would never treat my customers like this.

The original construction of this house was not up to the current acceptable standards , and therefore would not be up to code. Dale took photos, and did a live video walkthrough of the attic area so my husband and I could see the problems , and what was needed to repair this structure. My husband is a licensed general contractor. This job which was a large construction project was done professionally, and in a timely manner, as we were needing this completed before the northeast weather. Yes, we would recommend Dale and his crew to anyone. Kenneth , Dawn Lebbon

They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.
