I recently moved into a house and sought out painters for the entire first floor, including the entryway/staircase, kitchen, dining room, living room and kitchen cabinets. From the start, I had a great experience. Randy and his wife came to take a look at the area I wanted painted, and within 24 hours had provided a quote that I felt was both fair and affordable. They got to work soon afterwards. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress, what they would be working on and when, and any other updates. I was impressed that they gave me a timing estimate at the start of the work and stuck to it. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and collaborative, talking me through certain decisions and giving me good advice about color options, sheen, doubts or questions I had, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that they understood the vision I had for my space and that they would bring it to life (which they did!). I could tell they cared about providing great service as well. For instance, Randy went above and beyond to find a very specific, high-quality paint for my cabinets that was hard to come by but would end up with a better, more durable and long-lasting finish. He ended up driving several hours to buy it from a supplier that was out of town, just to ensure it wouldn't be damaged by the cold weather which was a risk if it was shipped. I love the way the finished results look--it's exactly what I had hoped for. I can tell the work they did was great, and they paid attention to so many small details. I've already recommended them to family and friends, and I would certainly work with them again in the future if I need more painting done. You'll be in good hands working with them!
