He seemed very professional during the initial meeting. After the fact, he missed the time window (1 week) for providing an estimate; these were his words, not mine. I called several times to follow up on receiving an estimate, with assurances from the customer service representative that he would get to the estimate, that he was working on the estimate, and that the estimate was completed and should have been sent out. I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."

With our 55 mile an hr. winds today I was reminded of the day we had to call someone because 1/2…read morethe siding had blown off the side of the house. The winds weren't going to die down soon enough. Tom came at 8:00 pm in the pitch dark with a light of his own and went to work. My husband was amazed that someone could even work in those conditions let alone the job was meticulously​ done as if it had never happened. Fast forward, we needed a few "honey do" items done example, the toilet that kept running, the front door was starting to stick and become hard to open, the lock had broken on the front screen door which made it impossible to use, since we would be locked out of the house (luckily we have another entrance). He evened out the french doors leading to our laundry facility​ that had never really lined up and now coming off the track repeatedly​. I eventually assumed he was busy with other, perhaps more lucrative jobs and / or wasn't interested in taking the job, and moved on to someone more responsive.
