I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. When the work finally began, we dealt with constant problems: poor installation, repeated failed corrections, and being passed from one person to another, including the owner, without any real resolution. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issues, the job was never completed. My mother passed away before she ever got to see her home finished. After everything she paid, everything she went through, and everything we tried to work out with them, the lack of accountability and follow‑through has been extremely disappointing. I'm sharing this so others know what we went through. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
