Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. On the day of the cleaning, the apartment was cleaned (very well), and the house was not cleaned, and we were billed $249 plus tax ($269 total). I called to try to figure out what had happened and was told that the quote was only for the apartment, and that the charge was lower because the apartment was cleaner than expected. So, it is either a $450 quote to clean a studio apartment, or a $450 quote for both house and apartment which turns into a $270 charge just for the apartment (which was small and recently cleaned already). In either case, I never would have agreed to a $270 cleaning fee for the apartment, which I could have polished up myself in an hour or two.
