They also have sections organized by Deer Resistant, Veggies, Shade Shrubs, Sun, Partial Shade, Trees, Partial Shade Flowers, etc. It's easy to find your way around, though the staff will gladly help too. I found their nursery to be sizeable but not overwhelming. As someone who is newer to gardening I thought their signage is some of the best I have ever seen- on every plant variety they have a big sign with its common name, genius, zones, size, sun/shade needs, if the plant is native or not, and unique features, along with clear pricing. The signage was useful in making sure the plants would be happy at my home, though all the plants I looked at seemed fairly robust period. I wound up with some shade loving white wood asters, sun loving sunflowers, and brown-eyed susans. While I'm a newbie gardener I think more experienced gardeners would be happy here too given all the options and knowledge at hand. They do have a big commercial/pickup side and offer landscaping and hardscaping services for those who are interested. Dave's Veggies also happens to be the only place that my mother has been able to find "balloon plants" - a lovely plant that blooms with flowers in varying shades of blue and purple. We visited a couple weeks ago and didn't see any balloon plants out for sale in the yard, so my mother asked about them and one of the guys at the market went into one of the greenhouses in the back and found a couple for her. Honestly, the folks who run this operation are always so lovely and caring and they just want to provide great service. And they do! For me, I love buying as many veggies here as possible. It always depends on what they have available, of course, but I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased. Quality is always high, and I love being able to support a local market like this. Highly recommend!

beware!!!!! i had a bit of landscaping and potential hardscaping to be done. we agreed to begin…read morewith a basic clean up of brush for 3 days. she was charging m3 $3000/day + 3000 for travel fee and they were working only five hours perd day. some areas were totally over worked leaving it raw with no protection from the elements and ither areas were not touched. on day 4 jackie sent her crew again unbeknownst to me, and again. the work totalled. $17000. her practices are not upfront. she does not listen to what you're expectations are and prices are Outrageous for what the service is. the brush that was removed was all piled into two enormous piles. while she did ask me where to put it, it wasnt until they started. this is not improvement to have it bare and piled up in the middle of the yard in massive burn piles. piles that are so big i have not burned out of concern, the fire would grow out of control.
