If they don't have what I need, I can order it on-line (or they will order it for me) and it comes to the store for pick-up at no additional charge. What's not to love? Another big "plus" for me is that it is a locally-owned store (as are all Ace stores). I'm a big believer in supporting my community businesses over faceless conglomerates that couldn't care less about customers as individuals. And yeah, the carry-out service is wonderful!
