On their website it states that "Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment." It took me almost two months and several phone calls to receive my credit for my return, and had to deal with customer service individuals who were extremely rude to me & constantly spoke over me. They're fast to take your money but don't want to give it back. When i asked the ill-mannered supervisor Alison who I could talk to to complain, she told me she would not give me that information!! Stay Away! - ZERO stars - actually, NEGATIVE stars is what this should be. Really Bad. Here's my story. I received an item I didn't order. I live in MN and it was meant for someone in Dallas, Texas. They told me to send it back via USPS - and mark REFUSED on box. This was impossible since the box had tape all over every part of it making it very difficult to open and the box had to be destroyed in order to open it. The only way to get the item back to them was to pay postage myself - keep in mind, I never ordered the item. What's wrong with this picture? This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Of the three items I ordered online, one was missing. I called CS and there person I spoke with was friendly and said the issue would be researched and someone would get back to me. No one ever back to me. I've contacted this company 5 times in the past few weeks through phone, email and live chat online. If I spoke with someone it was the same story that a rep would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever did. If I emailed, there was no response at all (I repeatedly check to make sure I used the correct address). I'm 36 years old and this is the first time in my life I had to file a complaint with the BBB. If the people packing the boxes are anything like the customer service reps, it's no wonder there was a problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. Your order may go through, but if you have a problem, you are out of luck. There are so many better websites out there for beauty products. This was my first time purchasing from this company, and it is my last. I just can't get over how bad their customer service is. I feel safer ordering from Hong Kong. read more

Beauty Bridge sucks. I ordered Peter Thomas Roth - Lips to Die For (Lip Facial Trio). The lip putty was a solid that could not be used. I sent the product back for a refund and have been waiting over a month for them to give me my money back. Their customer service reps are dumber than dumb. You give them your order number and they have a hard time matching the customer's name to the order. I have escalated my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have to agree with the other two posts. Customer service has not improved at all since then. I placed an order for over $50 dollars to get free shipping to Hawaii which on their shipping policy page it clearly says that Hawaii and Alaska are included. I was charged shipping and also had to deal with Allison who is the customer service supervisor. She told me that only in the 50 states is shipping free and that Hawaii is not a state. Which is funny since Hawaii IS the 50th state. They flatly refused to honor their own website policy. I would never shop here again or recommend it to anyone. read more

I tried to place my 1st order with beauty bridge and was very confused when I never received it. I checked the site and it said shipped but of course no tracking number. Finally I emailed them only to get an EXTREMELY RUDE response that they tried to call me at the phone number I provided and it was incorrect then went on to say that my credit card was declined. Of course they had my email address the entire time but never sent a message here. I, of course, went back in to check my account information and confirmed all was correct. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DECLINed on my credit, in fact, I have one of the highest credit scores possible. My phone number was correct. I placed an order with the understanding that it would arrive no later than 2 days before I needed it. I tracked the order page for 5 business days, and it still had not shipped, although the Amazon page said that it would arrive by the specified date no matter when the item was shipped. It is standard procedure for most companies to notify their customers when an item they ordered is on back stock. I was not notified, after 9 days. I emailed customer service about my order, asking when it would arrive, and received an email explaining that it was on back order until a few days ago and that it would be shipped this morning. Again, I was NOT notified that it was on back order. When I asked when my order would arrive, I did not receive an email. I called customer service and was told that it was not yet shipped "first thing" today, and that it would most likely not arrive by at least the very day that I needed it. I understand that once an item is shipped, it is out of their hands, but I am very disappointed with the way this company handled my purchase. I promptly requested a refund. When I asked if it does ship today if I would have to pay for return shipping, I was not given a straight answer. I was not given a straight answer as to whether or not I could have upgraded my shipping, so then I quickly changed my mind and decided to just go ahead and process a cancellation. I have never been so disappointed, and will not make any more purchases through this company. Whether or not Yelp actually does delete reviews to make a company appear worse than they are, I am still disappointed in their unprofessional customer service. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!! This was the WORST customer service experience of my life. I ordered $40 of product which was never delivered. The CSR online and on the phone told me I was out of luck because it shows as delivered and there was nothing more they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said that there weren't any in the building and she had no idea when they would be back. She claimed the only way to reach a supervisor was by email. This was the FIRST time I ordered and it will be the LAST. I am reporting them to the BBB and anything else I can. Do NOT order from these people. read more

Difficult to get a refund for your return. A month after my return, I emailed a few times asking for the status of my refund. All I got was replies from Allison she would check into it. After about a week, I called instead and was told I would get an update but didn't receive one. A few more days later I called Discover (the credit card I used) and they said that if a refund is not received after 15 days of a return (and after attempts to contact them first) I am entitled to dispute the charge, regardless of the timeframe their policy states. Discover's agreement with any merchant is to issue a refund within15 days. I decided to email them one more time that it had been 6 weeks and I would be initiating a dispute if I didn't my refund (very nicely). They responded very quickly that I was being credited but posted my FULL credit card info IN AN EMAIL. What is up with this company? And my return in the first place was for one item with a broken seal and another item that should have come in a box but arrived in no box at all. read more

I too unfortunately ordered a product from this so called legit company. I order from them DKNY- Fresh Blossom perfume $72.00 each (ordered 2) for my girlfriend. She had been buying it from Macy's, but it had been discontinued. When we received the item my girlfriend opened the package and opened one of the boxes of perfume. When she sampled the perfume, she immediately realized it was not the same scent. When I contacted the company for a refund, I too was emailed back by Allison with negative results. She at the end was only willing to send an RMA # for one of the bottles, stating company policy on unsealed item. She obviously has not read their own policy. It clearly states that if an item was used and was 3/4 full a refund will be honored with a 15% restocking fee. I am getting ready to send back the product now for a full refund, I'm sure it will be a long ride. I am also filing a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General. Dealing with Beauty Bridge so far has proven to be frustrating. I ordered 3 items in my initial purchase, and when it arrived one of the items was missing. To clarify, the box was still sealed and there's no sign of it ever having been opened by Customs. And the size of the box was such that the 3rd item couldn't possibly FIT, which led me to think that it was a mistake in order fulfillment, or that the order had been sent using split shipment. I contacted customer support who told me that the order wasn't split, and was offered a replacement or a refund... and I picked replacement. Online customer rep told me the replacement has been sent out, but it's been more than 2 months and the item still hasn't arrived. Did the item ever get sent out? ...I'm highly suspicious, given that the customer rep told me that the replacement was sent out on 31-jan-13, whereas I first lodged my complaint 4-Feb-13.
