I was told that my concerns didn't matter and that I didn't understand what was being said to me. The interaction felt extremely disrespectful and confrontational. Instead of trying to understand the cultural and religious context I explained, the conversation became tense and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect--especially when discussing modesty standards for a religious school event. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I left feeling unheard and disrespected.
