The customer service employees are actively looking to accuse minorities of tampering with merchandise, theft and threatening to call the police with false accusations. I personally experienced this two weeks ago- a store where I have spent hundreds of dollars in merchandise. My advice- go to Burlington , Kohl's or even another Marshal's Just avoid the store in East Rutherford.

The staff did not respond in inappropriate manner -one of the workers whose observed me fall didn't even ask me how I was. I was not offered any assistance. while there I observed children, jumping off these benches, and while the parents should not allow their children to do so, the staff should also ensure the safety of their customers.
