The lady employee was dismissive and not interested in accommodating my wife's needs in finding the appropriate attire for my son. She then assigned another young male employee to assist my wife who also showed no interest in helping. My wife then exited the store and drove over to Men's Warehouse in Totowa where they greeted her with a smile, showed respect, transparency, gratitude, and professionalism. These are the values that Jos A. Bank should train their employees on.

After waiting for more than 15 minutes on line instead there were only two cashiers allowing me to proceed they decided it was time to start folding clothes instead. Really? I then proceeded to say "Excuse me but we are all waiting" and still no acknowledgement. I was about to leave everything and just walk out but she finally called me.
