They gave me another customer's receipt at my last visit and told me I would be refunded $ which never appeared on my account (because it wasn't mine). When I went back to ask why it didn't appear not knowing it wasn't supposed to, they gave me an attitude and dismissed me, told me to call customer service and they could not help even though their employee made the mistake. Then, when I asked them to call being that it was their employee's mistake, they realized it was another customers receipt they gave me instead of mine with an attitude and gave me the correct receipt instead. It's not about the fuckin $ I don't need it. It's about the fact that I received No apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused and that turns you off from stepping foot into that store again.

I was there on 01/05 sometime after 5pm and there is an older lady that works there that was…read morecompletely rude to me. I was waiting in line to try on bras and after she helped the first person to their fitting room she turned to me and just said "yes?" I thought that was strange since I had 2 bras in my hand so clearly I was there to try on bras. I ask for a fitting room and her response is "oh". She takes me to a fitting room where I start trying on the bras, I'm barely starting to try on the second one when she loudly bangs on my dressing room door and starts yelling at me asking how I'm doing. I tell her I'm fine. She continues to ask me lots of questions including my name. At this point it's clear this woman must think I'm stealing. She finally leaves me alone. I come out of the dressing room and put the bra I didn't want on a rack by the fitting room. I continue shopping but I see this older woman stare at me and is trying to see what I'm holding. I see her go to the dressing room I was in trying to find the second bra I tried on. I'm continuing to shop when I turn around and suddenly she's inches from my face just staring at me as if to ensure I'm not stealing or doing something wrong. At this point I'm very annoyed so I give her a dirty look and walk all the way to the other side of the store. She finally leaves me alone and another girl(who was very kind and patient) helped me when I needed some guidance. We tried to return or exchange it but do not have a receipt and we do not have the last 4 digits of my daughter's credit card. Local store won't even exchange it for the right size and I will not ask my daughter for personal identifiable information. I spent an hour on phone w their customer service rep, Melborn, based in the Philippines. She did hang up on me rather than doing anything to help. She gave me a corporate office phone number that does not go to any answering system and just says nobody is available and terminates the call. Not a very friendly customer service model. I asked them for help and one of the girls (black sweater, kinda chubbyish) yelled at me. when i was checking out a girl in a pink sweater (also pretty chubbyish but short) gave me a dirty look. I also saw the manager who was on their phone the whole time. Based on other reviews and people in the area, the store location already has a terrible reputation. Will be looking into higher management.
