I was relieved because it can be overwhelming even knowing what you want and then start lookingat it all. Kam gave me time to look and as time elapsed came over to help and was awesome. We openly discussed what I was looking for and she jumped right in to help without any judgment. She even gave me great advice about one product and how to charge it to which I was totally clueless. Not abnormal, but did not align with expectations. Always baffles me when people working in customer service and retail positions will ignore people trying to spend money in the store.
