Recently stopped in to the new location to browse the toy section to pick up a couple items to enhance my solo sessions and was greeted by a warm and friendly employee named Kam who instantly made me feel comfortable and if I needed help just let her know. I was relieved because it can be overwhelming even knowing what you want and then start lookingat it all. Kam gave me time to look and as time elapsed came over to help and was awesome. We openly discussed what I was looking for and she jumped right in to help without any judgment. She even gave me great advice about one product and how to charge it to which I was totally clueless. Kam also opened one product up so we could inspect it's quality. This review goes out to Kam for her warm ,caring non judgemental help . Management if you read this absolutely give Kam a raise ! I just left and I bought only 1item which was a sex toy and they told me when I walked in that everything is 30% off and when I got to counter they swore that the discount was taken off but it was still expensive. Shout out to Mac and Darla for being so awesome! They were super helpful and so patient with us! Mac was so educated and knew exactly everything about each product that was shown to us. My friend and I spent about an hour in that store and spoke to us about all the different products. Mac wasn't there to sell you the product that was the most expensive but sell you the toy that was most fitted to your needs. We will definitely be returning at some point and will hopefully bump into Darla and Mac! read more

A large selection indeed but kind of on the pricey side. Most if not all items were over $100. The two women there were so nice and welcoming. The building does need some repairs, as my fiancé and I walked in we were greeted with a leaking ceiling and buckets full of water from the leaks all over the floors. read more

I'm not really squeamish when it comes to places like this, but I felt kind of weirded out by the conversation the guy at the cash register was having with a presumed customer - the topic was some porn star that the customer didn't believe was still working, behind or in front of the camera. The displays weren't very helpful informative, or even grouped according to type, and I didn't really feel comfortable asking the porn actress-obssesed employee (he kept bragging that he had a copy of said actresses driver's license or something). And the prices seemed kind of high. I found what I was looking for at CVS of all places for about half the price of what it was here.) I went here after having an unpleasant experience in their Lodi location. This store is much more unorganized and has less of a lingerie selection than their Lodi store. However, the associate working was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. She even mentioned the online discount which made a huge difference since they are extremely overpriced. Probably the best hospitality I've experienced from any store. One of the many great people working their, Alexis, was so kind and patient with me when looking for the products I was interested in. She even helped me out when i came back with a problem with one of the products (immediate service and fixed the issue right away).
