I went to buy a few things for me and my wife and they were telling me what's better or not. I trusted them and listen to them when they me a zolo and they said it was really good, but that don't fit people with big junks and it does not charge fully. It charges only five minute long even though it shows that it's charging once you remove it from the charger after five minutes it dies They charge me $109 for that and they clearly says no refunds no exchange of course because it's used but why is cell products that are defective and why sell products without telling someone if it'll fit on someone big or small? They are pretty fast to make the sale but slow to informing you anything about the Indeed, this is a great store to go into but you have to be careful. Don't trust them because all they want our sales in total I wasted 300 and something dollars and so far. The most expensive one is defective. I try reaching out to them, but there was no answer. I don't live in New York City, but I will be back on Saturday so hopefully I can discuss with the owner about the product and how bad it is. I could go to my bank and get a refund because the device is defective. And I can prove it. I even kept the receipt. I just bought it and I love to role-play with my wife while recording only fans and you see it on the video after three hours of charge it dies after five minutes I am not trying to bring the company down or have customers from stop going. I simply just tell you to be careful with what you buy. I'm sure that's how the store rolls but I'd like to think this kindness was a Nani-type thing. Overall, the store has a lovely selection of product. Many types, many sizes, many colors. What does this refer to? Take your pick. We meant to be there for 30 minutes. We left over an hour and a half later. The prices were reasonable.There was just one inconvenience I experienced but suffice it to say they were quick to rectify the situation. And that's everything because a store can move all the merchandise in the world but it means nothing without customer service. How will they fix a wrong? That's where it's at. What was charged to my card is NOT what I agreed to, even with the "discount". I was sold an item under false pretenses and of course by the time I discover this item isn't what I asked for, I can't take it back. The manager, Carly, laughed at me AND cut me off continuously over the phone while I spoke. Disgusting. There is not only poor customer service but poor management as well.
