always unbelievable service... i know because i used to work there and the service is actually even better then 20 years ago.. i needed something last minute and i just lost some weight and the girl on the phone which usually no one picks up made me very comfortable to come in and pick things out with me i give it five stars before walking in even if i don't find something i like. i'm very big on knowing that it takes a certain kind of person to deal with customer service especially in a slightly taboo atmosphere sometimes can be difficult and you got to have tough skin because i have worked there a long time ago... i also worked above 13 other customer service reps and lately no matter where you go it's email or chat i was able to call and she answered within three rings answered every question and said come right in and actually check the sizes for me. (this is customer service that we always used to get this is before people got cranky and impatient lol) so happy to see a younger girl still has a little bit of traditional ways and great customer service skills! very pleased so far..michele read more

Customer service was excellent. Location is right off of Rt 17 S but look for their poster sign on the road. That's where you turn in. They have a big parking lot up front. I got a coupon to Romantic Depot from the Edison Sex Expo and was able to use it here to buy myself a cool USB vibrator. How cool is that you no longer need batteries! The gentleman that helped me was super professional.
