They happily help you find what you're looking for, answer questions without judgment, and even hold your items at the counter while you continue shopping. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and they make the entire experience fun. I also loved seeing how inclusive this store is. They carry a wide variety of products, including beautiful lingerie, cosplay, and apparel for women, men, and plus-size customers. I'm so glad they are back after the fire. They have a great variety of fun here. They are open passed midnight too! They have a spinning wheel game here. I appreciate the selection they have, I also like that the area isn't sketchy. They don't have outrageous prices like most places, probably because it isn't manhattan. I would not recommend their vibrating toys, for example. (water resistant, not waterproof) They have a monstrous selection (two floors) of things and some things I've never known to be a thing to begin with. At checkout they have a spin the wheel for some goodies and I got some freebies too! As far as pricing goes, I would say that it's about average and/or similar to things you might find online. Well, I was very much looking forward to exploring this store when I first went in, but..... that wasn't able to happen :-(. The store seemed to have a fun, party-type vibe and I was excited to go in, until the sales people pounced. Some were nice but I'm guessing they work on commission...because the woman who served me, literally would not leave me alone to explore. Every time I walked over to a certain section she would say, "Oh look at this product, this is what you need and it's on sale!". I went in with a specific goal...to find a dildo of a particular size, once I went in and saw the selection, I realized that I was actually going to need to exact measurements of the size I was looking for, I explained that to the sales woman, told her that I wanted to look around a bit and would come back once I knew the size I needed.....she never let me be, hounded me through the store and then chose a dildo size that she swore up and down was exactly what I was looking for. I kept looking at it and feeling like it looked too big but the woman stayed in my ear saying it was "what I needed".... I was hesitant and then another salesperson offered me a 50% discount.... I was a sucker and fell for it :-(. I bought it because I thought they probably wouldn't offer me that type of deal again, got it home...too big :-P. I mean, it was very very generous and nice of them to offer me the discounts, but honestly, the way the salespeople hound you just ruins the experience in my opinion...why can't the just let us walk around, explore and then come to them when we have questions.
