They gave me another customer's receipt at my last visit and told me I would be refunded $ which never appeared on my account (because it wasn't mine). When I went back to ask why it didn't appear not knowing it wasn't supposed to, they gave me an attitude and dismissed me, told me to call customer service and they could not help even though their employee made the mistake. Then, when I asked them to call being that it was their employee's mistake, they realized it was another customers receipt they gave me instead of mine with an attitude and gave me the correct receipt instead. It's not about the fuckin $ I don't need it. It's about the fact that I received No apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused and that turns you off from stepping foot into that store again.

There were lots of great offer for Black Friday. 40% discount on most items. Sizes were easy to find, all stacked right under the drawers of display items. The associates were very from. They check the computer and assured me there was a smaller size available. I proceeded to pay and was told I would receive my item this week. I checked my bank and saw the money was taken out of my account. I went into the email that was sent assuring me my item was on its way! When I pressed on the item number it then informed me my order was cancelled. By now I was irate.,I called their customer service and was waiting on hold for someone to pick up for over an hour. I finally was angle to leave my number for them to return my call, when they did call I V was told that unfortunately they were now out of the size., after a lengthy conversation and trying to explain that in this day and age when you check online and are assured they have it you should me able to believe them. They said there was nothing to be done, I asked why my money was not automatically refunded they had no answer. After much discussion I was finally refunded the money for the piece they couldn't fulfill, unfortunately I now had to drive to King of Prussia in PA to return the top. Now I am paying additional tolls and gas since I live in NJ returned the item only to be told it would take about a week or so before it would show up in my account. The entire experience was very exasperating and I now have no swimsuit! Be very careful when ordering from them, if I hadn't called I've would still be waiting for all item that was never going to arrive!
