This is a huge Dick's store located in Paramus on NJ-17 Northbound. Pretty for all of our sports…read moregoods shopping in person, we have to rely on this store. It has sporting goods for almost all popular American sports including fishing, camping, cycles, shoes, apparel, and equipments. It is very clean and tidying always. Our most recent visit to was to get T-ball bat, helmet, gloves, pants, bags and shoes. We found all items except the shoes. Was really happy with variety of brands, options and sizes that were available. All items were on display within the same area, so it was easy get one item after another. The prices were decent, comparable prices I saw online from places like Amazon. Multiple associates offered to help. One of them assisted us with getting access to fitting room. When we asked about T-ball shoes, there was a huge confusion among them, the question got relayed between four of associates in three different areas before we found they don't have it. LOL!! But the checkout process was fast and easy. Multiple registers were open, so line was moving quickly.

My grandson's street hockey stick broke this morning during a game. I received a 20% discount coupon in an email a few days ago and called the store today and asked if I can use the coupon today because the coupon said it was for Feb 27 -Mar. 2. I was told emphatically "No"; that the store would Not accept the coupon and I would have to wait 6 days in order for it to be accepted. This after being a very good and loyal customer for several years. I will now order the stick though Amazon, pay less for it and have it here in 24-48 hours. Good-bye Dick's. If I could give this store in king of Prussia less one star I would! Went there and purchased a…read moreswimsuit. I had to order a smaller size bottom. They check the computer and assured me there was a smaller size available. I proceeded to pay and was told I would receive my item this week. I checked my bank and saw the money was taken out of my account. I went into the email that was sent assuring me my item was on its way! When I pressed on the item number it then informed me my order was cancelled. By now I was irate.,I called their customer service and was waiting on hold for someone to pick up for over an hour. I finally was angle to leave my number for them to return my call, when they did call I V was told that unfortunately they were now out of the size., after a lengthy conversation and trying to explain that in this day and age when you check online and are assured they have it you should me able to believe them. They said there was nothing to be done, I asked why my money was not automatically refunded they had no answer. After much discussion I was finally refunded the money for the piece they couldn't fulfill, unfortunately I now had to drive to King of Prussia in PA to return the top. Now I am paying additional tolls and gas since I live in NJ returned the item only to be told it would take about a week or so before it would show up in my account. The entire experience was very exasperating and I now have no swimsuit! Be very careful when ordering from them, if I hadn't called I've would still be waiting for all item that was never going to arrive!

I've worked in Customer Service for well over ten years and it took me awhile to learn about good service, but come on. If a customer purchases an item online and it doesn't fit, it's okay for the customer to return or exchange. I understand fraud and all of the above, but you can not go into every situation like that. After we spoke with them nicely they changed their standpoint which just irritated me. My sister and I should have been treated this way from the beginning, not after we speak and speak nicely for peeps sake!

I paid $5.99 for that sweater vest. So now Forever 21 is trying to step it up a notch. Forever 21, you will never be a White House Black Market, Bebe, Arden B, or even an Express. You're still one notch below H&M, the Queen of disposable clothing, trend of the week, and cheap chic. Consider it a compliment but please don't try to front something you are not. I find it really hard to believe that my sweater vest is part cashmere. "Maybe really cheap cashmere," as my sister said. XXI at Garden State Plaza is pretty nice. It's f*cking huge and two floors. The place was clean and done up in classic black and white. It wasn't the mad mess of 34th street. There is a ton of clothing and yes 99% of it is junk but take a stroll. I'm pretty sure you will find something you like. Hey, here at XXI you can get a shirt for the price of a cup of coffee. Forever 21 is changing just a bit. I think it's less tweens, a little more teens, and if they continue at the rate they are going (the whole revamp signage and all), thirty somethings like me will probably still shop there. I, too, want to look cute for a day. I just wish that XXI would turn off their security alarms faster. For about 15 minutes, the alarm was blaring. It hurt my old ears. At first I thought it was a hip hop song but no, it clearly turned out to be the alarm. Pretty dumb too because if there really was a theft, I doubt the shoplifter would be chased down and tackled. Whatevs.
