The policy is all sales are final. However, since they were bought as a present, Carlos let me exchange them. They didn't have the same Jordans in the right size, so I got a different pair of shoes. Carlos worked with me on the price since it was my first time there, and there was a Yelp promotion. I usually don't like these types of shoe stores, because they hike up the price crazy and try to take advantage of people.
