Really lovely receptionist and to summarise it's been a long time since my husband and myself felt like we received great service for an affordable price . Scheduled Install fuel EVAP hose in 2018 Dodge Durango SRT to rectify emission codes. I had left my SRT for a full week at a Dodge Dealer, Finally after 7 days let them know I was picking up my SRT. Of course they found time to diagnose the same EVAP error I told them of. Cost was estimate for Dodge to replace this same hose was over $900. I bought the part, declined their service and asked Bear Alignment if they could install it. Quoted 1.1 Hrs labor to install. Scheduled to come in, done in less an hour and Paid $169 or so in labor. Came in for a service requiring brake pad and rotor repair/replacement. They were very friendly, attentive, transparent about cost and time spent on service. There were multiple customers that came in during my visit that I could tell were repeat customers, and I could tell they care about their people who come in. My husband had an amazing experience here and highly recommended this business. This review will be based on my personal experience. I do not have any photos at the moment because I scheduled for service that I apparently didn't need. I've never had any issues with my brakes, but thought I should get them checked since I'm already at 140K+ in mileage, and there is a subtle squeaking noise when the brakes are gently applied. After a few minutes checking in, I was told that my brakes were still good. There was no actual service performed however, I appreciate their straightforward approach with no pressure to buy additional services. To me, that says a lot. I feel I can trust this business with my car needs and that is most important to me. If the squeaking continues and I'm not comfortable, I can always return to get it fixed and checked as suggested. I went in because I thought my were wheel bearings were going out but was told that it was the transmission. They referred me to a shop across the way. They did me a solid by doing that. Oh and the office staff are way cool!! Turns out I needed some big time work on the car but after everything was done they sent it back to Bear for the alignment. The comfort level is that a 10! This is my second visit and review. Again I am so happy with their service and Adam is so thoughtful. After he fixed my car I had other unrelated issues but I wasn't sure at the time and asked him to check my car once more before I sent it to the dealer to fix. He did with no complaints or hassle and even found the problem, I really appreciated that. Then after the dealership fixed the broken piece of plastic that was rubbing onto my tire, he even messaged me to ask if everything went ok and the car is good to go. I went in for a fix on one of my tires lug nuts, which they fixed perfectly, and they informed me my rear brakes were just about to be metal on metal. I knew they were needing replacement soon so I was glad they told me how bad they were. There was absolutely no pressure from them for me to get them replaced there, but they did tell me the price and said they could fix it right then.
