**AVOID THIS PLACE** this was our first and last time we will use this place for service! We took our 2023 BMW X1 to have the brakes and rotors changed on Friday 7/18/2026. When we picked up our vehicle it sounded like something was loose because every time we drove over a bump it sounded like the brakes would rattle and shift. In turn, we were going to call them today, Monday, 7/20/2026 to let them know that something sounds loose and if they can recheck it. However, today, 7/20/2026, on my way to work, I heard a loud breaking/popping sound, and soon after, the brakes started making a loud screeching and rubbing against the rotor. Then, once I pressed on the break, the breaks started to grind badly against the rotors, and the car would jolt as the car slowed down while the brakes where trying to grasp the rotor to slow down and come to a complete stop. Therefore, I had to turn around and head back home. However, the brakes were making an awful noise the whole way home and the grinding, as I pressed on the brakes, was uncomfortable and painful to hear and feel. With that said, I drove the car straight to the Murrietta location. I returned back at 8:00, when they opened, I had to find a ride to let them know what happened. They said they would fix it. Yes, they fixed it. However, the cause was that the caliper bolt broke while I was driving, which causes all the noise and grinding and the brakes scraping the inside of the rim. Their reaction seemed like it was a common error that happens when they work on vehicles. It appears that their workmanship and attention to detail is not important along with the safety for their customers. Thankfully, nothing serious happened while I was driving, but what if something drastic did happen. Worst of all what if something happened and my kids were in the car. Regrettably, this was the first time we decided not to take our car to the dealer to support smaller business. For those thinking about getting service here, think about if it is worth saving money or putting you and your family's safety at risk. Now, even though, they said they fixed the brakes, we may now have to take it the BMW dealer to make sure they, did in-fact, replaced the brakes and rotors correctly because the trust in this place is nonexistent. read more

I don't leave reviews ever, however this place absolutely great. Iv been working with Adam, on getting my 97' Ford fixed. Adam and his team identified the problem fast and had it fixed the same day! what really stranded out to me is, I also wanted steering stabilizers mounted but they wouldn't be in for a few days. i ordered then from rough country after my truck was fixed and Adam offer not only to pick them up for me (due to my work schedule) but he offered to keep my truck in the shop during the night until they arrived and were mounted! The Hospitality is unmatched from him and the team. the price was very manageable and realistic. He was always suggesting ways I could save money and his honesty is greatly appreciate. My husband had an amazing experience here and highly recommended this business. This review will be based on my personal experience. I do not have any photos at the moment because I scheduled for service that I apparently didn't need. I've never had any issues with my brakes, but thought I should get them checked since I'm already at 140K+ in mileage, and there is a subtle squeaking noise when the brakes are gently applied. After a few minutes checking in, I was told that my brakes were still good. There was no actual service performed however, I appreciate their straightforward approach with no pressure to buy additional services. To me, that says a lot. I feel I can trust this business with my car needs and that is most important to me. If the squeaking continues and I'm not comfortable, I can always return to get it fixed and checked as suggested. Bear Brake & Alignment failed to perform a wheel alignment after removing and replacing the front lower suspension control arms, thereby destroying my son's front tires after he had driven less than 1,900 miles. Bear Brake & Alignment charged me for the alignment. A mechanic at another repair shop determined that the "alignment should have been done when the lower control arms were put in." Consequently, the alignment was "way out of specs, which caused the front tires to go down to steel cord." Furthermore, Bear Brake & Alignment failed to provide any documentation of pre- and post-alignment tests. read more

The service coordinator, Adam, found an oil pan leak and a radiator hose leak, which I already knew about from the BMW dealer. Scheduled Install fuel EVAP hose in 2018 Dodge Durango SRT to rectify emission codes. I had left my SRT for a full week at a Dodge Dealer, Finally after 7 days let them know I was picking up my SRT. I highly recommend this place because I bought 4 tires yesterday from Walmart and went today to get the alignment done will they said my new tire has a defect and they can not do the alignment because of them I was able to get another tire. They spoke to the Walmart tire technician and explained what the saw.
