I came in for a simple estimate on shocks and an alignment, but while waiting in their lobby, I was bombarded with walls plastered in Trump propaganda--including a disgusting sign that read "Make Liberals Cry Again." In California, where more than half the population does not support that racist, authoritarian conman, openly mocking and alienating potential customers is not only offensive--it's just plain bad business. Supporting a sociopath who is destroying our democracy is bad enough, but to flaunt it in your business? That's ignorant and insulting to paying customers. I'll gladly take my liberal cash elsewhere. To make matters worse, the receptionist sat there whining about wanting a bigger desk from IKEA while complaining about prices. I just bought 4 new tires for my Subaru from Costco and needed a front end alignment. The gentleman at Costco recommended Precision Alignment and that referrals get a 10% discount. So, I made an appointment for 8 am the following day. The shop is awesome. The waiting area is decorated really cool, and the service was done professionally and in good time. They have new equipment that reduces the traditional amount of time it takes upfront in the assessment of the vehicle, prior to determining what's required for the alignment. This new process basically cuts the customer wait time in half, to about 30 minutes +/-. PA&B is an outstanding business. I've been going to them for years for alignments and have referred friends. Recently I visited them to have my axles replaced and a power steering leak troubleshot and repaired. After inspection, they quoted power steering lines and the steering rack which wasn't cheap. I was prepared to pay what they wanted because I trust them. They ended up notifying me the rack was good and was able to save a substantial amount of money. It could have been a perfect opportunity to make a large sale/repair. I trust PA&B wholeheartedly. read more

Took my car in for an alignment and their team did an amazing job for a reasonable price. I took my car to a different alignment shop about 6 months ago and they did a terrible job for more money. I knew it was bad when my tires were wearing unevenly and my car began pulling to one side while driving. Precision was able to correct it and my car is driving like new! I came in and they look really busy. The Recieptionist was very nice and took my coupon. The inside was decorated with sign and cool stuff. I told them I did here a clanking sound only when I back up and I was there for alignment. they said they word take a look. I called here around 11am after being referred here by my acquaintance at fireto get their prices for an alignment and he had an appt ready for me same day at 2:30pm. I had to call back and get a later appt and he was kind enough to squeeze me in even though they close at 5pm. We walked in and were greeted by Lisa who was so genuinely sweet. You can tell when someone is genuine when they have kind eyes. The shop is super cute with vintage memorabilia's and funny signs as you can see in my pics. I have a 1972 Mustang Mach 1 and I had another shop replace all the steering components and control arms. Thus we needed an alignment. Precision did a really nice job. The car goes down the road straight as it should. I like the inside of shop, very orderly. The waiting room is really cool and decorated with old time signs and license plates....i like it! After a couple of weeks of driving I noticed the steering wheel not being straight. Suppose it moved some or maybe I didn't notice when it was aligned. So I stopped by just to see when I could come back and have it adjusted. They said just wait 5 minutes and they'll take it in. Done in minutes. Highly recommend Scott and his shop! read more

Came back first week of Nov. for an alignment. Best to get one after getting new replacement tires. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior and arrived as they opened. Remember it's not how fast they get your vehicle done, it's the quality performance they provide to your vehicle. Doing things right, "one car at a time", I would want them to take their time! The steering wheel on my car was not on the level so I decided to double-check it with some experienced guys and I was right that found them. By the way, another shop recommended them, I didn't find them here in Yelp. But anyway want to leave a quick review. I called them on Friday and was scheduled for Monday morning. So all work took around 30 minutes. They provided full information and I was right, I had some misalignment on my car. And also I was surprised that they also provide a 6-month warranty or 6K miles that is awesome I believe. My Lexus is still on warranty but it takes me at least a day to do the same work in the dealership so I got good experience and am happy about that. read more

Went to Precision Alignment on Del Rio Rd for diagnosing the problem with our car today. Went in thinking it needed an alignment because it was pulling to the right and steering wheel had a shimmy. It had become significantly worse in the last week. They checked it out and told us that it wasn't an alignment issue, but that the right front tire was separating! (the separation wasn't visible from the outside). This is the car our son uses to travel too and from SDSU every couple weeks and he was about to drive back to San Diego on the freeway this evening. I shudder to think what could've happened if he drove on the freeway tonight and that tire blew out. Precision Alignment diagnosed it right away! They just said to please drive directly to a tire shop and NOT via the freeway. Also, shout out to Consult-A-Tech Automotive for the referral to Precision Alignment.
