I was really happy when I had taken my car here to Precision. Scott said he wouldn't charge me if he couldn't get my car aligned. After 2 previous alignments from others, one of which said my caster was off and couldn't be adjusted my car still steered heavily to the right. After reviewing it he switched the front tires and told me I needed to rotate them properly. My alignment was actually fine. I couldn't believe the others just left me hanging. He also let me know my control arm bushings were soft and could be replaced. I actually had the bushings just no time to do them. I was happy to pay them the minimal charge for him to figure out what was going on. From now on Precision is my alignment shop. Ps. There prices are comparable if not better than where I went previously. Only now I am driving straight! Plus a really cool place inside to wait in. read more

Took my 2004 Tundra in originally for wheel balancing and alignment. Tech called me to the back of the shop when it was up on the alignment machine and explained that my tires were almost done for due to being choppy from not rotating frequently and need replacement. They got me in the same day to do an alignment, greased my suspension, and took the time to show me everything that was wrong with my Jeep JKU (that I caused) before they fixed it all. Last year I had my new Jayco RV in for a suspension upgrade. The steering and sway were fixed. It is now a comfortable drive. This shop and the employees are great. It's been 4 days since I had my 2016 Honda Odyssey front end alignment completed here. The short version, I highly recommend - awesome professional service that has held up. The long version - from a female's perspective-; I took my kids on a month long road trip over the summer. On our way home I got a flat in Mesquite. I went to the local Walmart and told them I had a flat. Now, I've always heard to get 2 new tires at a time but this flat couldn't be repaired and I was less than 6 hours from my dogs and my husband. I got one replacement tire that I had asked to be similar to what I had. NEVER EVER GET LESS THAN 2 NEW TIRES. EVER. My car had a certain tug in one direction. Once I got back to Temecula I went to an alignment place. I won't call them out 100% but let's say, they may have been less...but they weren't the best. After that service I noticed I still had a slight pull to the left. After some time, it got to a point where I felt like I looked like a drunk driving the car. The pull to the left was harsh. I called Precision and asked if the work on 2016 Honda Odysseys. Lol, they do. Don't be fooled by all the badass cars in their photos, they work on regular Jane cars too. I made an appt, went in and Josh got me all aligned! Plus, he explained that because my car is front wheel drive I should keep my matching brand tires on the front. So yes folks, it matters how many brands and styles you have on your car. I typically purchase 4 tires at once, Josh helped me see that I had differ model numbers but the same brand on 3 of my tires and a totally different brand on the 4th tire. I appreciated his knowledge, and I greatly appreciated that he treated me with respect. This is -pun intended- his wheel house, not mine. I was taught without feeling undermined. I've heard, that if you ask...they'll do an oil change too. I also did not know there was a difference in alignments. I assumed it was always all 4 tires. Josh, I appreciate you! read more

My sons car was having issues, he told me his brakes were going bad . I took his car to this store to get an estimate. The guy here put my car up on the lift and did an inspection and told me my brakes are at 50% but the inside tread on the tires are worn down which is most likely causing the issues . He could have just fixed the brakes and made his money and still would have had the same issue . Instead he recommended a tire place and sent me on my way and did not even charge me for the inspection. Thanks so much for Scott and the Staff at Precision Alignment. Scott recommended that we add a Safe T Plus steering control system to our class A motorhome, along with changing bolt position of the existing front end. After the upgrades, amazing motorhome handling difference. Much easier to keep the motorhome going in a straight line down the freeway. The previous owner had replaced all shocks and Scott said the shocks were great, no need to replace good shocks. Very trustworthy, not out to make money on unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Great prices. I was quoted $570 to change my rear brake pads and a brake fluid flush (which I did not request) at a different shop in town. I took it to Precision and they said I didn't even need pads. They said whoever had done it before did not machine turn the rotors, so that's why I heard squeaking. They turned the rotors and deglazed them at a fraction of the cost the other shop quoted me. I am so grateful for their knowledge, expertise and honesty! read more
