Did quick run thru drive thru today, midafternoon, to get a simple coffee with cream. Ordered immediately, drove up to window and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Only me in drive thru and no one in store. Three songs later I left without anyone ever opening the window. Could see her standing there doing nothing. I have very limited time to stop on route to start with, then to waste it stopping at a coffee vendor who takes an order but won't bother to sell the coffee, is not good. I normally don't post unless the service or food is beyond horrible. I came here with my family because we would rather support any other coffee place other than Starbucks. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter, working on 12/11/24 at about 1:38 ish, was horrible! She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by walking in when there were no other customers in the business. She asked me what I wanted, I let that slip. I told her I needed a second, since I've never been here before which caused her to roll her eyes and let out a big sigh, I also let that slip. I gave her my order and then asked if I could use Apple Pay, she once again rolled her eyes and let out another big sign. I made an online order at about 11:20 am...said it'd be ready at 11:40 am...I arrived at 11:43am... didn't get my food until 12:20pm. Pretty frustrated as they were not very busy. Also, I ordered the chicken chipotle burrito and it's frozen?? Watched the employee pull it out of a freezer to heat up..if I wanted a frozen burrito I'd go to Walmart. Employees were sympathetic but did not communicate well. Won't be going back. Also, got home and my turkey pesto sandwich was microwaved...my wife is vegetarian as well and requested no turkey and it came with turkey. Who microwaves a sandwich?? Makes the bread so gross. Apparently on Saturdays they close 3 hours early. She told me it's because they ran out of foldgers.... hmmmm they are located in the parking lot of a smiths. I'm sure they carry that at smiths. And I sure hope their business doesn't just hang on having a stock up of foldgers. Very disappointed in this location. read more

We just went by here for the first time and the ladies who took our order were really super nice and we had such a good experience here! Right next-door there's another smoothie place but the girls always just seem annoyed that we are there and it's pretty pricey so we decided to go by beans and brews instead and their mango smoothie is amazing!! So glad we decided to try it and we will definitely be back there instead where it feels like our business is much more appreciated! I can not describe my frustration and disappointment with this location of Beans and Brews. It deserves zero stars. I frequent it because it's the closest coffee to me and when they do make my order right (next to never), it is very tasty. However, considering how often I'm there, lately they only get it right about 1/10 times. My orders are not modified. Just a regular old Large Ice Caramel Cielo. This past time, I ordered three drinks, two medium and one large. I ordered, the barista repeated it back wrong. I said the order again and pulled forward to the window. She repeated the order in person, it was wrong, and I corrected her again. I used my app to pay and it didn't work. I was at the drive thru window for 15 minutes as the line gathered behind me. I ended up getting double charged for the three coffees because I had to use my regular card to pay when the app didn't work. I ended up getting refunded by the app later after troubleshooting, but didn't end up with the double points from the promotion. When the barista finally handed me my coffees, SURPRISE, the order was wrong. I very nicely pointed out that I ordered one large and two mediums, not three mediums as she had given me. She STRAIGHT UP told me that it was *my fault* because I'd told her three mediums, which I absolutely know I DID NOT, because I had to REPEAT THE ORDER FOUR TIMES!!! She also kept saying the order back to me in ounces, which they don't even display on their menu. Just small / medium / large. So those are the words that I used. I'm not a barista, how should I know the ounces of each size? Only when I handed the coffee back to her to fix did she do it. And after all that, they didn't add any caramel like the drink calls for, so it tasted like garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks inside Smith's, trust me, you'll be happier. read more
