I love coming to Dutch Bros for my caffeine fix! Their nitro cold brew with heavy cream is my go-to since it makes the drink keto-friendly, and it always hits the spot. I also enjoy mixing things up by adding sugar-free syrups, which give me a lot of flavor variety without the guilt. The energy boost is exactly what I need, and the drinks are consistently delicious. It took me a while to come around to this place but when I did, it did not disappoint! Their hot chocolate is good and their energy drinks are awesome! My favorite is the Double Rainbro (strawberry, peach, and coconut). The Dutch Freeze drinks are a great choice all year round! The most favorite thing about this location (besides being so close to home) is every time I come, their service has been ON POINT! Friendly faces, always so personable, and they are always willing to correct a drink if it's not to your liking! My experience here left me speechless (in a good way)! First off, customer service was amazing! An employee was in the drive through taking orders and he was so helpful. This was my first time and he was happy to answer my questions. Fast forward to the pick up window...another awesome employee! I tried the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (iced) and it was the most delicious coffee beverage I've ever tasted. The flavors were perfect. It was nicely sweetened, yet I could still taste the espresso. I was still thinking about the drink several days later. Too bad there isn't a Dutch Bros location where I live. Otherwise, I'd be in a lot of trouble! read more

This place is great. My wife and I love the rebel drinks and the lemonades. At this point, we try a new drink every time we come in, so this one, I don't know what we got other than we got a free drink because they messed up our order. No big deal, and i loved how they compensated us. Everyone here is super nice, and we love getting to know some of the staff. The only downside is that sometimes they have the longest lines. But it's always a great atmosphere and the staff love talking to you. read more

Wow I can see what the cult following is all about! Pulled up to at least 12 cars ahead of me and was gone in 3 minutes. Hundreds of drink options to fit your craving. Great coffee and house brand energy drinks. The 'Not so Hot' Hot Cocoa for kids is a perfect option. I got the iced Green Tea this time and it was definitely tastier then other drink shops. I love Dutch bros, the drinks are always consistent and the employees are so nice. I want to give 5 stars but the Pleasant Grove one has very slow service compared to all other stores. If there is more than 3 cars in line the wait is at least a 20 min. I've been to other stores and the wait is never more than 10min no matter how long the line is. I won't stop going to Dutch bros but I don't recommend going to the Pleasant Grove store unless you have 30 min to blow. read more

The line is always chaotic and the staff does nothing to manage it- You'll end up behind multiple cars that pulled in after you and somehow get to order before you. Hopefully you have 40 minutes to spare just to get coffee because this location is so slow. Even the walk up window is faster than the drive thru but still yet you'll be waiting a while either way. The one in Provo is much faster & more efficient. Drinks are decent and customizable which is the reason for 2 stars. read more

I LOVE this coffee! My order is always a blended flapjack, half sweet (cause I can't do too sweet but you can totally get it however sweet you want or even sugar free), picture perfect with only caramel drizzle (picture perfect is when they cover the cup with chocolate and caramel sauce). The granola bars are soooo good and taste homemade. The soft top is the best! It's like a soft marshmallow sweet topping that just blends into your drink and makes it sooo creamy. Every time I have come here Sierra has been an incredible team member. She always gets us our drinks just like we asked and has incredible customer service skills. I love the drinks. They are yummy hot or cold. Absolutely delicious every single time. But they aren't fast ... sometimes I'll be the 3rd car in line and when I get up to the window one of the 3 or 4 employees is JUST starting to make my drink. I don't understand how they're so inefficient. Also, do they get paid extra to ask about every single minute detail of my life?? Every time I go there's an employee at the window asking me a hundred (sometimes personal!) questions ... about my day, where I'm going, what did I have for lunch ... it's weird. Especially when that person could ideally be making the next car's drink order. Plus, I don't think they're genuinely interested in my life or activities. And it doesn't matter how many one-word answers I give and then immediately look at my phone ... they just KEEP TALKING. I just want to pay for my drink and get my drink and drive away. I don't want to talk to the person at the window. But I do want to keep going there, because the drinks are SO GOOD.
