Look, all I gotta say is Elijah is an all-star. Homeboy is goin' places! My typical interactions in drive-throughs are similar to talking to a victim of a dementor's kiss; a shell of a human whose soul has been devoured by the corporate void in exchange for meager wages. Not Elijah - heaven parted its veil to send us this tender mercy, a message that all is not lost (although in this economy, we gettin close). I don't know him personally, but I wish I did. What an employee! If you're looking for a pick me up, look no further! Also, the piña colada smoothie was delicious! read more

Roxberry Juice - This is what a smoothie looks like. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - American Fork, Utah

I love roxberry and they have Good smoothies but they don't blend them enough. Too many chuck

I love Roxberry and my favorite is their peanut butter blast. What I don't like is that awkward moment when I can't pay until I answer a question, "tip or no tip" Here is my tip. I come in to buy from Roxberry and not from your competitors. How about "Thank you for coming in? " read more

It's alright. I go when friends want to but never crave these smoothies/juices myself. Always so sweet that I can't drink a full one. Wish there were some more low sweetness drink options. read more

I love açaí bowls and Roxberry is one of the few places I can find them. I love that it's pretty close to me and has fair prices but I don't think it's particularly anything special. It's good and I'd recommend it if they have what you're looking for, but I don't find myself craving smoothies and juice very often. read more

Who doesn't like this place! I always love the drinks and you can't really go wrong. This location was nice and had a good seating area inside. The inside was also clean looking inside. The staff was friendly and helpful and even smiled a lot. They were also quick to make our drinks and do a great job at it. read more

Roxberry Juice - Order Counter - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - American Fork, Utah

Roxberry makes a solid juice-they are always tasty and fill me right up. I love the variety of flavors and healthy food items on the menu. The decor of this location is very retro and hip-check out those red faux leather chairs. The customer service is top-notch. I was immediately greeted upon arrival, and the girl at the counter gave me a few recommendations-one of which I tried and liked (something peachy). My only complaint about this location is the parking lot. When you enter off the main street, there are several directions of traffic in the parking lot and it can get confusing. But once you arrive, you can drink away your cares! read more

I love that they have a drive-thru! They have so many options to choose from depending on what kind of mood I'm in. Am I feeling healthy and want a "Iron Strong" or maybe I'm wanting something more fruity and go with a "Bluesberry Blast". But if I'm being honest; I usually go for their more indulgent "P-Nut Butter Blast" which tastes like an amazing dessert! Also, if you give them your phone number you can start accumulating points for a free drink! Go check them out! read more

Roxberry Juice - Menu - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - American Fork, Utah

My Dad said his order wrong he said "strawberry sensation" instead of strawberry temptation. They gave him a sunrise sensation on accident. Even though it was completely my dad's fault they were super nice and made him a new smoothie. We also had a pretty big order and that was the only one that got messed up. Our food was super delicious too! read more

quick service, friendly staff. The smoothies t taste great and I like the interior of the place

Are used to go to this Roxberry all the time when I was in high school and I just went today for the first time in a long time and I waited in line for about five - ten minutes didn't even have my order taken at the window because they just never got to it then turned around, walked inside, ordered my drink for it to not be fully mixed, and for them to be more distracted playing on their phones, then taking care of the orders. Kinda disappointing, so keep that in mind. read more

Roxberry Juice - Chunks of ice cream in ice - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - American Fork, Utah

The drink was good, but be careful when going here, they added their own tip without asking me or giving me a receipt. Very sneaky and unprofessional and the line was taking a long time. I waited 10 minutes with just one car ahead of me. Won't be coming here again read more

We waited 35 minutes for to just take our order. Then we waited another 15-20 minutes for the food. The girl that was serving us was SUPER passive aggressive and rude to us. The croissant was also burned so that was a nice finish. read more

If you are looking for a smoothie, come and try this place. They are very tasty and so delicious. The flu fighter is my favorite, has all the things to help keep the immune system going. The strawberry banana is also a wonderful one. Place is legitimate and the worker's and very kind and nice. read more

Drive thru is so slow! They aren't even cooking anything. I can't handle waiting almost 20 minutes for a smoothie. Never again!

Product is great but you need to clean your drive-up window and shelf of cobwebs and grime.

Went to roxberry tonight and they answered very rudely at the speaker. Then proceeds to let me order and says do you still want to order we have 20 orders ahead of you. Who says that... it is always the same experience when I come to this location. I don't normally write things like this but this location seems like it's ran by clowns. Maybe pick up your clown feet and work faster. read more

Waited in line for 20 min. Only people in line. Plenty of people working. Don't know why it took so long.

We love the Roxberry location. There are pretty quick in the drive thru and are super friendly. I love the Pina Colada. It has real pieces of coconut. My wife typically goes with the Peanut Butter one and loves it. read more

Don't come here. I've been coming to this location in and off since it very first appeared in Utah in my teen years. This location once was the BEST Roxberry in the state and now every time I come here I have FULL FROZEN strawberries. It's the dumb blonde girls who ruin my order every single time and or don't blend it. It's a SMOOTHIE!! Not FULL FROZEN FRUIT big enough to not suck through a straw! Their green smoothies? I get full lime peels. Do customers a favor and stop hiring lazy teenagers. read more

They had amazing costumer service and were very patient with a big group of people, talked to the owner also a very nice man

Tried the piña colada smoothie and will definitely be getting that one again! Oh my, my daughter got the paradise passion and she kept stealing some of mine. She loved hers too though. read more

We had the Go Green bowl, it was delicious and filling. Easy to find in a strip mall type parking lot. Friendly service. Glad to see vegan options. read more

They flat out said no to my order because they had to clean the juicer before they closed... it was an hour before they were closing...

The best item on the menu that makes you feel SO good inside, puts in good, and tastes amazing is the Iron Strong green smoothie. I get it every time and it has helped me stay on track health-wise and even helped me loose weight when needed. Highly recommend it. read more

Roxberry Juice - Açaí bowl and peanut butter smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - American Fork, Utah

I love a good Brain Power Roxberry Juice. Always curbs that craving. I do get the Poppyseed Muffin but it is over priced. It is just a muffin from Costco. I am not sure why they ask for your loyalty number, I've never been asked to use "points" towards my purchase. I would like to know what that is for. All in all, great service and a tasty treat! read more

I spent a half hour waiting for my order that I placed on their mobile app. They must be short staffed. Though people going through the drive thru we're getting their orders served before me. read more

I seriously was waiting in like for over 30 min (2 cars in front of me) and ordered 2 small smoothies. When I came to the window spent another 10 minutes waiting for the second smoothie cuz it wasn't ready... when it was finally ready I sip on it as I was driving away and the smoothie was sour and didn't have any protein in it. I was ordering this smoothie for over 8 years (iron strong) and know for a fact that it not suppose to taste like sour blended ice with no flavor especially if it's supposed to be with protein. Went inside and theres 4 people working and no customers inside so the wait time totally doesn't make any sense to me especially because I was working in fast food industry for years when I was young. They did remake it once someone noticed that I was waiting by the register and it tasted good after all but the wait and the mistakes that they always make is so ridiculously crazy that i would definitely never come back to this location or recommend it to anyone especially knowing that there's 4 people working and it should take no more than 2 minutes to make a smoothie. read more

This place drives me crazy. Takes over 10 min to get a smoothie and there is nobody else in there. Don't know why it takes so long. Looks like the staff in there playing around then they shove the iPad in your face wanting a tip! No thank you. I will go elsewhere read more

These guys took FOREVER 30-40 minutes in the drive through I only had 3 people ahead of me. And when I got to the window they did not apologize and honestly had terrible customer service. Didn't smile or anything just said the price and happily took my card. Then gave me the wrong order I had ordered a 24 oz and they handed me a 16 oz they were like do you want us to fix it and I'm like yeah and it should only take a couple of minutes. I never have good experiences at this location. 1 star because although the smoothie was very liquidy and not thick at all at least it tasted decent. read more

Hang on to your credit card! I would highly recommend paying with cash or going inside to use your credit card so you can keep a close eye on it and be sure it is properly returned to you. Had an incident today at this Roxberry where the drive-thru kept my card. It clearly was not an "accident", as they had my phone number associated with my rewards account used that day and did not contact me. I personally watched her write my phone number on the receipt and confirm it with me. To attempt to locate and retrieve my card was an ordeal - which one could use to interpret the intent. They were annoyed when we called, acted like it was an inconvenience to pick it up when we came back and they never thanked us for coming back or apologized for keeping the card. They were actually rude and mean and disrespectful. I had immediately cancelled the card with my bank for security (of course) but wanted the old one back to cut up and will watch for unapproved transactions. read more

The girl running the drive through had very poor customer service. She seemed bugged that we were asking questions about the menu. Also the service was slow. read more

I used the drive thru at this location. It was about 8pm on a weeknight so no one was in line in front of me. They were nice to help me with the menu as I didn't know which smoothies were vegan. They said the green smoothies and 100 % juice smoothies are vegan. They recommended their favorite smoothie and I ordered that. Drive thru smoothies are very convenient so I will definitely be back. read more

Overall I really like Roxberry. Their Original Green smoothie is amazing! I've tried green smoothies from a few of the other smoothie joints in the area and they pale in comparison. My only complaint is the lack of consistency. Some days they make a smoothie that will knock your socks off. Other days their smoothies are watered down and bland. I don't know if it just depends on who's working that day, or if their recipes are more eye-balled than exact proportions. Either way I really wish I could rely on the same quality every time. read more

Love love love their smoothies. Caribbean Coolers is my Fav. The muffins are yum as well. Nice healthy mid day snack or as a meal. Smoothies are very filling & satisfying. Service is friendly. read more

I love this place and just can't stop going back! This is my go to place when I'm feeling sick and want to get some good nutrients. Smoothies are great, but the service is very slow. When I got in the drive-thru line, there were 6 cars. After 10 minutes, the car at the window hasn't moved. 2 cars have left without ordering. So now there's 4 cars in front of me but the car at the window still hasn't received their order. This is pretty typical of this location. I'm not sure why. read more
